Had a 12 ft truck reserved for over a month. Calls 2 days before pickup date telling me they have no trucks available. Corporate budget no help. Ended up with U-Haul. Budget is a disgrace.

I reserved a truck. Recieved a reminder confirmation. Showed up and the ghoul behind the counter was very rude. They didnt have the truck nor did they care to accommodate me. Had to call off for move, not good! Unreliable
