NovaCare Rehabilitation is a wonderful and amazing place for physical therapy. The entire staff is fantastic, super nice, very welcoming, positive, friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. They are absolutely amazing and dedicated to helping clients progress and overcome physical pain, obstacles, aches, pains, or injuries. The therapists are highly qualified and know exercises that can best help with recovery. Every plan is individualized and customized to specific needs and goals. The environment is very clean, safe, compassionate, supportive, fun, and enjoyable, making it uplifting to visit. Clients feel confident they are receiving the best care possible to heal, get back on their feet, and rebuild strength and confidence. The NovaCare Willoughby Hills facility is highly recommended.

This place is wonderful. It is very clean and all employees are super nice! They all seemed to be very caring and knowledgeable as to specific needs. I would definitely recommend!

The staff are dedicated to helping their clients progress and overcome their physical pain/obstacles. They're friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. Every plan is customized to their clients needs (as witnessed in the office). I've already recommended them to friends and family.
