Tried to get an auto loan here at the recommendation of a local dealership and not only was I denied the loan they didn’t even allow me to set up a checking and savings account. I just wanted to be a customer because I much prefer credit unions over banks. In the end I got an auto loan online for less interest and it was classified as a personal loan so I technically own my car outright. Sad when an online bank can do better than a local credit union.

I have got a loan to get my daughter a car and my credit was good and I was able to get a loan and get my daughter a car, I decided to switch my auto loan to Cardinal Credit Union so both loans will be at Cardinal. Chad helped me and was awesome.When I go every month to pay my loan payment, Olivia and Karen are the tellers that always help me and they are always so very nice and very pleasant, they always have a very welcoming smile?.I’ve been a customer now for 2 years and it’s the best thing I did and I love it better than a bank.

I made a reservation at Four Points hotel for $150.00. When I arrived, they wanted an addition amount which I refused to pay. I found a nearby hotel and stayed there instead. I saw the money had not been credited back to my account. Went to Cardinal Credit and made a report. It has been over 2 months and I have not seen that $150.00.

Teller Karen at the Willoughby Branch is the best. She is always so courteous and helpful. I am always happy to deal with her as she is a wonderful example of the Cardinal Brand.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The only reason for 4 stars instead of five is the timeliness of returning phone calls or emails. I am a new member at this time and so far I am pleased and would recommend them to family and friends. My review is for the Willoughby, Ohio Branch

My favorite bank. I have had this bank for years and always highly satisfied when I leave. They make everything easy and answer all my questions. The staff at this location is amazing! Willoughby and Mentor locations have always treated me with kindness. I will be bringing my son in for his first bank account.

I was able to pay off my car loan early. I went online to get the payoff amount but I had forgotten there was still daily interest to think of. I went to the drive thru in Willoughby and the drive thru teller was able to get the balance I owed and offered a solution being I only had one check already written out. She was able to deduct the amount from my checking account and then explained their process for when the title will be mailed and congratulated me on paying my car off. She made this so stress free for me and I truly appreciate this branch.

This Cardinal Credit Union branch just rocks. From the tellers to the managers everyone is so pleasant and helpful. They even provide dog treats!!! So they are pet friendly. That is a big plus in my book. Thank you for all you do everyday.

I want to thank Cardinal and the great people that work for them. Like many others, covid had affected me financially. As I was checking my account I noticed their PPP program. I made a call and enquired about the program and I can not say enough about Mr. Eric Turner that helped me. He was informative, efficient, and professional. He not only help me secure the loan but also the forgiveness of the loan. I just want to thank Cardinal and Mr. Eric Turner for all their help.

I have had a few fraud alerts, and they were on top of it. It's a pain that they froze my card. But they got things cleared up quickly. I was still able to use my husband's card until I got my new one. Thankful for the fraud dept.!!

Just completed a seminar given by Jennifer Reshetar. Concise to the point and plenty of time to ask questions and get answers. This is the second one I attended and it will not be the last. Great job Cardinal.
