Pharmacy is always great but I always have the worst time trying to refill my prescriptions with the AI bot on the phone. She never understands and talks way too fast and too little about what script i am looking to fill.

I was here at CVS in Willoughby today to pick up my prescriptions. Nick was very helpful! He called my insurance as I was having a problem. I came back to pick my prescriptions up and he said everything should be all set. Great Customer Service! Thanks, again, Nick!
