This place is awful. My wife has been dealing with them for 3 weeks trying to get her asthma medication filled. She was given the run around over and over only to find out that they cannot even fill it there because her insurance requires her to go to a different pharmacy. WHY NOT SAY THAT 3 WEEKS AGO?! She would have just transferred it. The lines at the pharmacy are always horrendous and since they installed self checkout you won't find an employee anywhere either.

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. Not helpful at all. Very rude and lie as to when meds will be back in stock knowing that my prescription can not be transferred to another CVS. They all need re training.

As much as I like shopping in CVS, this particular store is a nightmare. Recently - twice I went to pick up items, they were opened and clearly appeared used. Especially makeup.I brought it up the store rep''s attention and she was very rude to me. Saying that they don't look at the items while packing. And I should just return stuff if I don't want them. then just left the counter without completing the transaction.Will not be using this store again and will be moving my prescription preferences to another store.I get that the staff doesn't have to care but then if I'm spending my time and money to order or pick up, I trust the store to pack unopened items.

Terrible customer service. Very curt and dismissive. They’ve had a prescription for two weeks and they keeps saying they do not have it. The Dr has sent the prescription over 4 times. They are absolutely incompetent.

I called to check a prescription and without them even asking information they asked what it was for and then they just said find a new form of therapy and that was the end of it. Didn’t care to take one step further.

Drove all the way up there before work, Sat behind a guy in the drive thru for 10 min....only to pull up and see a sign that said "short staffed please come in". Had to leave or be late to work. ?

Went in for an Ear Wax Removal. Brittney, the nurse practictioner, stated that "I don't want to flush my ear to cause harm to my ear." What? You offer this service online to clean my ear, turn it down, charge me $80.15 and STILL made me pay for generic ear-drops??? I was polite in person, but deep down I was furious. Guess I'll wait in the queue of 20 days for Univeristy Hospitals and pay more money to get the actual service performed. These Minute Clinic are true to their word. You only meet with them for a Minute and they tell you to politely buzz off.

This was a wonderful experience compared to Walgreens and mail order.The pharmacist was kind and caring. My prescriptions were ready on time and the pharmacistassistant/ cashier , Haley Gurich was very helpful and friendly. This is going to be our new “go to” pharmacy.

Stood at self-help kiosk for 15 minutes trying to schedule an appointment. All four of the time slots I clicked ended up being "now unavailable", so I eventually left. I called CVS to try to schedule. The pharmacist I spoke with was unhelpful and unkind. He said the Health Hub staff were at lunch, even though they had left no signs or indication of this. No one from the pharmacy or front desk offered to help me or spoke to me.

Two thumbs down for the Minute Clinic. I set up an appointment for my dad, because both of my parents tested positive for Covid (they’re both vaccinated, so symptoms are mild). My mom is on Medicare, so she was able to get some medication from her doctor- my dad was told that it’s free. Unfortunately, my dad does not have insurance, but I put that he would pay out-of-pocket when I scheduled. He went to the appointment, the provider was apparently surprised that he would be paying out of pocket and told him it was going to be expensive. He told her that he would pay for it and it was fine. The provider then went and talked to someone, brought him back information for a free clinic, and did nothing else. Even though he said he would pay for the appointment and the medication, they ended the appointment without any other assistance. So it was a huge waste of his time. I don’t have the person’s name, but please do better.
