“The best hummus ever. I just got pickle, roasted red pepper, and roasted garlic hummus and I can’t even pick my favorite. The flavors are infused throughout the hummus and not just thrown on top as a garnish. I can’t even get over how good they are. How are these not famous?! Plus, the customer service is amazing. The lady was literally making them when I walked in!”
“Belive it or not they have the absolute best humus. I highly recommend the pickle humus. My friends and I call it "gas station humus." The staff are always friendly when I go to buy my humus.”

“I had an issue with the air pump at this location and it completely deflated my tire. Brockston the hospitality manager came out and looked and the pump and my tire, fixed the issue with the pump, and filled my tire for me. He went above and beyond on an 85 degree day.”

“Normally my goto gas station. Customer service is usually good. However their coolers have been not operating for a few weeks now, so I can’t grab a cold beverage on my way to work like I normally would. They say there is a work order in but the employees can’t tell me when coolers will be working again. So I have been finding myself going elsewhere lately. Hopefully they can get these fixed soon”

“The employee,Whom ever the funny guy was who pranked me( I hope u don't get in trouble) actually saved a lot of craziness from spiraling out in my head from a prior event that day. Ptsd. He played a very friendly prank and took my mind off of it, he saw me coming from a mile away probably. This needs to happen more often. Not pranks but light heartedness. Give him a raise.

“The location of this store is convenient and easily accessible - even for big trucks and trailers. They offer gas, diesel, and air. The store is always stocked with a great selection of both hot and cold food options. There is always a nice selection of coffee and of course snacks and candy. They also have a decent selection of beer.The staff, unlike other reviews, has ALWAYS been very friendly with me. I used to live right down the street from this BP and visited several times a week. I’ve since moved (about a year ago) and make it a point to stop in when I’m nearby and the employees STILL remember me and treat me kindly! Bill and his staff are definitely great people!”

“Im a manager at a Walmart, so I know the importance of customer service, and how now a days it is difficult to get smiles and good feedback. I went into sheetz today 10/5/25 in willoughby, Ohio. In all the years I've visited any gas station, including sheetz, I have NEVER received such amazing customer service then I did from the time I walked in the door to the moment I was leaving by an employee by the name of Derick. I went to get my daily fix of hot chocolate, bad habit, and he greeted me as soon as he saw me, while filing coffee machine. We each made a little comment on how important coffee is and he proceeded to let me know if I need anything to let him know. I used the self checkout and as soon as I turned around to leave Derick wished me a wonderful day. Now, because of him and his wonderful kindness I believe my day WILL be great. He greeted every customer that walked in while I was there. You have an exceptional employee and he most definitely should be recognized for outstanding job. Thank you Derick for being a positive individual and bringing a smile to my face.”

“If you're not a BJ's member, drive over there after reading this review and sign up!!! Beautiful store, definitely giving Costco a run for the $$$ and lots of things you won't find at the big red machine. Plenty of parking for sure, the store is so clean, well stocked and the customer service staff, check out attendants and deli staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. Another added feature is every row of shelving and merchandise has a sign at the end so you know where things are! Also, a small deli will cut your meat and cheese fresh, and finally, gas prices???WOW, always 20 cents per gallon cheaper and if you get the BJ's Capital One + card you get another 15 cents off for a limited time. Check it out, you will not be disappointed.”
