The Willoughby Ohio location gives great service 99% of the time. I had one stylist that did a horrible job but thankfully there was another stylist that fixed it

Solid haircut! I didn’t get my stylists name (all I know is she has a two year old with a mullet - pretty freaking cool), super nice and gave a great haircut. Even when they were super busy, she was great. Would recommend!
