The two staff.members I received assistance from were fantastic! Both were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. The merchandise is outstanding, too. I left with a sweater for myself and a handbag that I am gifting to a friend for her birthday. I saw so many things I would have loved to purchase, but I managed to rein myself in. “Got some shoes for Christmas and couldn’t return them cause I was sick call them to exchange them for the same kind and was told I couldn’t exchange them for a bigger size so now I’m stuck with a pair of shoes that I can’t fit their exchange policy sucks if it’s a gift we could be able to exchange them.Update: I got into contact with the owner and he was very helpful and let me exchange the shoes for a bigger size. The transaction went smoothly and I was in and out. The store was nice and clean smell good the sales associate was very helpful to will be going back to buy more shoes from them”

“This is my second suit from Ticknor's in the past 5 years. Scott and the rest of the staff at the Beachwood store were very helpful assisting me with picking out a suit based on my budget and requirements. I needed a quick turn around on the tailoring due to an unplanned family event. They were able to make this happen ahead of time and and I will always be grateful for that. The suit fit perfect and looked great on someone who rarely wears a suit and tie! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ticknor's to anyone needing a suit.”

“I went to this location yesterday after buying stuff online that was sized so weird, I was going to try and return it to the store but was told I had to send it back via mail… I still wanted to go check out the store to see if they had the right sizing and I was assisted by Lisa who was so empathetic to my situation and kind, she and her manna Tiffany went above and beyond to help me make my new purchase and even honored my “cash” that I lost during returning my products 10/10 recommend!”
