Terrible Experience and Unacceptable Service
I recently purchased a vehicle from this Mercedes Benz dealership on July 26, 2024, and paid $1,500 for what I expected to be a premium shipping service. Unfortunately, the entire experience was nothing short of a nightmare.
First, there was zero proactive communication from the dealership regarding the shipment of my vehicle. I had to chase down answers myself, only to be met with subpar responses. My vehicle was supposed to be picked up on Friday, August 2, 2024, and delivered on Sunday, August 4, 2024. Despite arranging for my elderly mother to receive the vehicle in my absence, she was left in the dark with no information on the delivery, causing her significant distress.
The situation only worsened when I spent an entire day on the phone, trying to get any update on the vehicle's whereabouts with their employee who also thought my vehicle should of arrived and was told no different. My vacation was disrupted as I scrambled for answers, and my mother wasted her entire Sunday & Monday waiting for a car that never arrived. When I finally got a response—after threatening to contact the Better Business Bureau—I was told the transport company had changed, and my vehicle wouldn’t arrive until two days later yet arrived three days later.
Even then, the delivery was delayed yet again, and the communication continued to be abysmal. The lack of professionalism, coordination, and basic customer service was shocking, especially from a dealership that carries the Mercedes Benz name.
The dealership’s refusal to reimburse me for the shipping service and rental car costs incurred due to their failures is the final insult. I expected far better from a company of this stature. This experience has been stressful, frustrating, and deeply disappointing. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this dealership with your vehicle purchase.

I’m looking for a car for my wife. So I found one car that my wife likes on Mersedes in Willoughby website. So we did stop yesterday at dealer place. For 10 minutes we were walking around parking lot-nobody came out. Than we walked to office building. Now we were standing in the middle of office and…. NOBODY didn’t come to ask as “hey! What do you looking for? Maybe CAR?”

I contacted Leiken Mercedes after a terrible experience with north Olmsted Mercedes. I was put in contact with Kurtis Borsi (sales expert) & his sales manager Gabe, they went above & beyond to find the vehicle I wanted. After a few mishaps non of which was their fault found the car! Kurtis was very knowledgeable , extremely efficient but for me he was just a very polite & a good human, which is hard to find these days. I forgot to mention I went 45 minutes away to Leiken Mercedes when North Olmsted was 10 minutes from my home. Leiken Mercedes Benze are the best out there!

As a first time pre owned Mercedes Benz buyer, this dealership was a great experience. Frank Waite was my sales person and he went above and beyond accommodating my needs, especially being an out of state buyer. The dealership picked me up from the airport, the car was detailed and looked as good as new, and all the paperwork was a breeze. Would highly recommend this dealership and will look there first on my next Mercedes Benz purchase.

I've been monitoring 2 SUVs on their website for some time. Today, I finally decided to pull the trigger. Drove to the dealership with cash in hand for a down pmt and pre-approved through my bank. Upon exiting the car, walking the lot for 15 minutes or so, and then returning to my vehicle, not a single employee spoke to me whatsoever.
I literally walked immediately by three salesMEN working with customers, who looked at me and did not speak. Their customers left and they did not approach me nor speak to me. Then, I sat in my car on the lot for 10 minutes or so, during which the 3 men gathered and one was so audacious as to point at me. Yet, no one approached. They disbursed in multiple directions.
Sexism?? Classism?? Racism?? There had to be several biases in play to feel comfortable disregarding me as a viable customer.
It's 2024 fellas, wake up!
