Bought a Mercedes ML350 as-is, and was assured it was looked over great and any repairs were completed. Well, the engine locked up 30 days & 300 miles later. Spoke to owners son and was offered no assistance. Only asked for small financial assistance. Poor customer support.

My salesman, Mo Soliman, was awesome. Very knowledgeable about the car, no pressure to buy, and super flexible in his schedule. He even came in on his day off to complete my sale. Brett Leiken, the sales manager was also awesome to work with. Highly recommend purchasing a car from their dealership.

Flip side of the experience others have had.FRUSTRATED AND EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE CONTINUES, SINCE PURCHASE OF BENZ IN AUGUST 2023Buy here if you want to pay price of a certified Benz...but experience of a random, cheap ,used car dealer.. Before you judge..Yes, I have prepaid thousands for prepaid service here but am still posting this publicly. So you know what it is like and take an informed decision.Bought a "certified " 350 GLE in August 2023..with every addon Brett Leikin their (sales manager pitched) and salesman sentmy way.... the prepaid service ,3 yr extended warranty, Dupont etc.Here is my experience from August 2023 till Nov 2023..today.1. They tried to sell me a "certified " car with torn seats..carefully pasted with leather repair paste. I luckily noticed it and was told "it will be replaced". Don't trust the standard..even certified Benz. It feels like they are trying to haggle you and will LIE..you better check everything yourself.By the way, there were other issues too that had to be found by me and reported ..these were elementary checks in "certification"..like 3rd row seat not opening or closing , windshield wiper fluid etc..don't want to list everything here.2. Was told by Brett "you " went to a car wash where they used blade and put crack on windscreen. I mean, seriously. Lesson learnt..check windshield before you leave the lot..even the corner at the bottom. DONT TRUST3. Has become a second job..to followup with Brett Leikin their sales manager, on when the seat covers would arrive... August till November, wiIth NO outome..Canned response received 2 months back was.."still back ordered "..what ?? 4 months for a seat cover..where are these made ?4. Meanwhile, the other patches on seat that I missed have become visible ..am sure this will be another thing I need to prove wasn't me.5. Paid thousands and got dupont done...upon complaining was told by Brett..it doesn't cover upholstery but told by finance manager, before I bought it, and after complaining, that is does.. but conveniently told that it's a Brett decision. it's on me to prove it wasn't applied.Guys ..if you don't know what was sold , why push back that it was applied..upholstery was still dirty on delivery it was shown to delivery driver.Have paid thousands of dollars to Leikin benz..experience is ZERO star. Yes, price was competitive but..now it feels paying more would have given me stress free experience.I am stuck for YEARS with them, since have paid thousands in advance.Will determine my next steps and options based on the outcome and resolution this review gets.@Leikin motor /MBENZ of Willoughby customer service team,incase you respond - Sorry, I will not call you...you can call me if you have an action plan . You have , all my details in your system and my name is on this post.

The experience at Mercedes-Benz of Willoughby was highly professional and the way that business should be conducted. Gene was as professional as can be, and one who delivered the product in a reputable way with integrity. As one who conducts a great deal of business in various states, it was refreshing to work with this dealership. They offer the product in the "right condition", so as to stand behind what they sell. I will recommend to others highly.

Just had routine scheduled service and asked them to look at a headlight with a crack in it. They were wonderful and did not try to push replacing the headlight because the part was quite expensive. Decided to replace just to take care of it now and very pleased with the service!

I took my GLA 250 in for the 60,000 servicing. There were no issues with my car, but regular servicing is important to me for keeping my car issue free. Michael, my service adviser, was very approachable, and answered all of my questions. I requested a loaner, and was able to return home to do some work. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Willoughby.

Be careful, my vehicle came with a bad rear electric drive unit. 10k replacement.Aside from that, absolutely above and beyond experience. Searched for my perfect car online for months and found it at M-B of Willoughby. Gene Hauck was by far the best sales rep I have ever met. Courteous, detail oriented, extremely thorough and friendly. My car arrived today and anyone would be hard pressed to determine if it were new or used. Perfect experience and highly recommend this dealership and sale representative!

Very friendly atmosphere, the sales specialist, Mo, was particularly very kind and helpful along with both general managers Ty and Mike.
