“- [ ] Had an awesome experience here! Right when I came in they gave me a heads up about extended wait. The check in process was super straightforward, made for a great start! The store itself is quite nice and very well thought out. In the evening I got a text saying the items were ready. I asked if I could come in the next day, and the automated system sent a message saying they didn’t pick any of my items. I was bummed and went back the next day, they once again were super kind, I showed them the message, they were super understanding, apologized for the confusion and mentioned they would follow up. I wish I had gotten their names, they were super helpful and so kind explaining everything with the offer. I thought the offer was good, much better than comparing services such as Plato’s Closet. It was something around 20 dollars for three older but in fashion items. They have a service to donate, but are also happy to keep the clothes to give back to the customer. Overall a great experience, and although I didn’t buy anything this time I thought the items were fairly priced, and they had lots of great brands such as Aritzia, Lululemon, and Brandy Melville. Overall a great place, and I will definitely be back!”

“I love love love this thrift store it's my absolute favorite. The prices are fantastic and they always have discounted tags so I always find sp much I want and need . The new tag of the week which aren't discounted are reasonably priced....so I never hesitate to pick up that color and there's always great stuff with the discounted tag I can go in there with $50 and leave with alot of great items. This store is why I love thrifting. They always have fresh stock never see the same stuff on the shelves they know how to keep the flow of merchandise closing in and out their store. The store is always clean and customer friendly clothes racked by category, size and color ....so if you need black pants like I did recently for work you can go the the racks find your size and the black is all hung together ....I found exactly what i needed and more. Sad to see Lisa retiring , she was always a delight to see wish her nothing but the best , you'll be missed!!”

“The Mayfield store is good however it is impossible to shop by the furniture space in this store. It’s piled up, crowded and aisles are usually blocked. Other than that I enjoy shopping here and found many cool things!”

“I go to this Goodwill from South Euclid, where I reside because of the quality level of the items and the price. To me, it’s the best Goodwill that I have been to in Cleveland.”

“Nice thrift store! Good selection of stuff, clothing, and miscellaneous items. The aisles are not crowded and the store is clean. The staff was friendly when we checked out - no complaints. Prices are reasonable.”
