I return things a lot , so i'm here often . The employees are extremely nice and friendly . Even when there are long lines , the employees get you in and out :)

The UPS employee named Bre was very helpful! It was quick and efficient return! She was very knowledgeable with how to help me return multiple items to the one UPS location. It saved me a trip to have to drive 30 mins to another return location for a separate return item!

This lady stole my daughter package my child needed this for school but I keep saying god see everything but how can you think it’s ok to take anything that’s not yours I really can’t believe this happen and why the employee did not ask for id I really hurt this happened to my child the employee said this the second time this happened up here since February I think it’s a employee stealing and having friends and family steal people stuff people work to hard to have anything taking everyone is trying to make it but stealing so wrong and hurtful

I brought a package to the Willoughby facility to be delivered to Akron, Ohio. The package had been opened and then re taped and sent to me instead of the Akron address. Is it a common practice to open packages and tamper with them, and then send to the wrong address? I have lost all confidence in the Willoughby facility And hope that someone with a little authority will look into this So it doesn't happen again..
