This post office is terrible. They said my package on eBay is sitting there to be picked up, And the lady at the counter says that they were shipped to Eastlake and didn’t check anything. It’s been four days and the packages are still there and have not moved. I’ll be so glad when the post office is shut down in privatized. These people are the worst in the business.

They never walked up my driveway. Just stated I wasn’t home and returned my package.

Aime isn’t nice, not helpful and extremely passive aggressive.

The post office can be anxiety inducing. The one cashier / clerk here (clerk 48) is amazing though. Very helpful and nice every time. They do have one of those self serve kiosks in the lobby though if that's easier for you (also available off hours).

Wow! Clerk 49. Rudest woman I have ever met. Looked like her dog died. Grumpy, emotionless... didn’t speak a word. Always wanted a job where I would get paid to be as rude, unprofessional and unfriendly as possible and still get paid to do it. Don’t think my package will even make it where it’s going. Great!

Went here to do passport appointment, waited for a half an hour only to be told a lie that they called everyone and canceled the appointments for the day. I never received a phone call or email communication. Absolute waste of my time and lunch break.

Most of the front desk ladies are nice except one who is extremely slow and rude. Management overall at this location is a freaking joke. Need some serious direction to turn this place around.

Not sure how one person can be so ignorant and angry that early in the morning. I arrived at 8:05. a.m. tried making small talk like “good morning” and was given a nasty look and eye roll 😒 honestly I couldn’t wait to leave. It was painful to even asking for help. If you’ve been to this location I am willing to bet you’ve suffered the same experience. Never again…

It is 9:00 PM on Wednesday January 22 and still no delivery of mail. Same thing last night, although when I went to the mailbox for the 4th time, after 10:00, mail was there. I know Monday was a holiday and weather has been COLD, but not snowy or impossible driving conditions. This is ridiculous! For what is charged now to mail a letter the service is absolutely ATROCIOUS!! No reason for all mail not to be delivered by 6:00 PM!!

Since when does the mailman only deliver half a block's mail. That's not right. I sat here watching him and he normally walks the little street I live on. But he drove his truck and only delivered to half the street. I have the USPS app on my phone I was expecting some important papers today that needed to be done and returned by Thursday now it won't be. This is bullshit.

I’ve had a package in the possession of USPS Willoughby, OH since December 21. Today is December 28. They still haven’t released it to ship out to me. My package was set to be delivered 4 days ago, I’m still waiting.

I had a great experience with Malinda! She was very professional and eager to help me and other customers. Please acknowledge her and give her a raise! I was pleasantly surprised given my past experiences and she was the reason!

My company is based in Willoughby. My expenses are mailed every Friday. I live in STL. The average transit time 1st class mail is 15 days, with a record of 19. For a letter with 1 check inside. The USPS will ultimately close because of this. This was never an issue until after the turn of the 21st century. Very sad, and is not isolated unfortunately.

Clerk said guaranteed next day, but it's 1 to 2 days. If I had known that I would have gone to a service that stands by their guarantees. I'll never ship usps again.
