“I met with the owner, Jeff, to review my repair and paint work needed for a 15 year old BMW motorcycle that I was restoring. It involved repairing deep scratches and damage to the body panels and side bags / hard luggage. Thankfully, Jeff agreed to take on my project for a very fair price given the amount of very detailed prep work required and the high-quality outcome I was requesting.
The bodywork has a lot of sharp angles and edges - tough to prep and tough to paint, in my opinion. I had requested a dark blue metallic BMW factory paint for the majority of the body panels and a BMW factory dark charcoal for some of the other body panels.
When I received the call from the front desk staff - who is very pleasant and polite, I was excited to see the result. I simply could not have been ANY happier with the final product. Perfectly laid down BMW-factory dark blue metallic paint, very glossy and not a single run, drip, fish-eye or fleck of dust in the paintwork. The bodywork looked like it just came out of the factory ! Truly amazing work quality.
I later had them paint a hard-sided rear trunk for the motorcycle the same body color and it too turned out perfectly !
The owner Jeff is very personable and he is engaged to ensure customer satisfaction, the front desk is helpful, pleasant and very polite and the paint staff is highly skilled.

“They are awesome repair people and are absolutely a place I will always return to in order to get work done on the car, especially body work. I can't speak to the mechanical aspect of their shop since I've mainly gotten my vehicle's bodywork fixed. I would DEFINITELY go to them for everything, however, if they were closer to my home location in Mentor on the Lake. Their location relative to mine doesn't have any bearing on the quality of work. They came HIGHLY recommended by a few of my Uber customers and a personal friend, and I can see why! They also have connections to O'Brien leasing on Mayfield road, so if you want more vehicle options for a rental, but don't have quite the cash to spend at a place like Enterprise, that's definitely an option. If you would need a rental to cover you while the shop is working on your car, they will set up pickup or drop off right there so you don't have to worry about anything. It may be possible to do both there, but you'd need to go to O'Brien at some point in order to give them your credit card info for payment. Regardless, they are THE place to go!Oh! They also detail the inside of your car after they are done working on it and I lost a 20 in my car around Christmas, and they found it, leaving it in the cup holder. They could have easily yoink'd it, and I would have never known, but they didn't. Shows me they care and are upstanding and trustworthy people!
