“Quick and easy process to rent a car. Getting the car was easy even though they had to upgrade me and I was okay with that but the car they gave me was a gas guzzler. And the return process from Columbia South Carolina to Mentor Ohio was easy peasy. One thing I noticed they failed to tell me was it's a $300 deposit, nobody mentioned that. But luckily it comes off once the car is returned.”

“Van was nice to drive. Told don't worry about filling up gas when I returned, then charged me $50 because gas wasn't replenished. Windows were dirty on the inside when picked up. We cleaned the van when returned to them, which wasn't necessary according to the guy who inspected the van. So why did I get charged for gas? Had the van for 3 weeks.”

“I was in a car accident and my insurance company works with Enterprise when a customer needs to rent a car. I was greeted by both Thomas, Customer Service Agent and Anthony, the Manager. It was not crowded so we had a little time to shoot the breeze which was nice. I told them I was also moving and was stressed out about the entire situation due to the accident. I was given the Quattro Audi to rent so I could put extra items in the car. I appreciated their kindness and excellent customer service. They made sure my needs were met and that I had a great car to drive while I waited for my car to be fixed. Thanks, Enterprise!!!”
