The furniture was high quality and reasonably priced. Ms. Delores helped us make great choices and we came in to overhaul and update our living room and we did just that! If you go be aware the prices are amazing, you definitely can redecorate your home as we did on a budget. Everything about this store and experience was beyond my expectations. I won a very generous gift card they donated to a fundraiser I attended in the Spring. This says a lot about the owners, to me. When I came to redeem it, I was treated like a regular paying customer. I really can’t speak more highly of this place. The sales lady who helped me (I forget her name, maybe Vicki or Linda) was very accommodating and suggestive. Really knew her stuff and made me feel very comfortable.
The guys wrapped up the lamp I selected and carried it out to the car for me. The service was incredible all the way around.

“My elderly parents were having trouble with their TV. Even though they didn't buy their TV from Mentor TV, they somehow got the number for there and my dad called asking for help. The lady who answered the phone tried helping them work things out and then when I got on the line, tried to assist me as well. She gave us some advice on things to try. The TV did get sorted out in the end - Dad had switched some cords around by mistake (thank you, helpful lady at Mentor TV! Your advice helped me rule out a lot of things, and I was able to figure out the problem much sooner!)
It was just so nice of her to try to help my parents, even though they weren't even customers. If you do buy a TV from here, I am sure that the staff will be terrific and supportive, so I would highly recommend this place!!”
