“After shopping at 4 different furniture stores, I just bought a couch and chair at an amazing price with free delivery, even splitting the delivery between two homes! Sheraton Furniture in Willoughby was wonderful to work with from start to finish! Everything was perfect. The sales people were extremely patient, kind, and helpful (not pushy in the least bit!). The communication was superb! The delivery was timely and perfect with friendly and respectful delivery men. I couldn't ask for anything more. Sheraton will definitely be my first stop (and possibly only stop!) the next time I need anything. I highly recommend this great team!”

“Excellent service! My first visit I met Alec, I explained my mom needed a bed but was on oxygen and it’s hard to get her places. My mom my daughter and myself were buying new beds. I was directed to many mattresses and wasn’t pushed to ones out of my budget. I finally thought I found the one but wanted to sleep on the old one once more to make sure. I came back and was greeted by Cameron with a warm smile and helping attitude. I confirmed I indeed wanted the one I thought and would be up again with mom and daughter. My third trip what earns Cameron 10 starts is he propped the door open as I was getting my mom out of the car! We don’t receive that type of help often and it meant a lot. Cameron closed the deal for us. I’m excited to try my new bed this weekend, oh ya and delivery was fast!”
