“For the directions on GPS didn't exactly leave me to hear but thankfully I read the little note Google maps that said it was under the bridge so I kind of knew where to go. The process of getting the U-Haul through my phone took a little longer than expected because it works off of internet and they don't know it was working kind of slow. And then the app didn't want to take a picture of my ID so I had to do extra verification in order to get my u-haul. But once everything was done in the app everything else went pretty smooth I'm doing the truck.”
