“Today was good but busy as long as you get a nice cashier there things go well and today she is one of the nice ones. The heavyset cashier has a very bad attitude eith customers especially if you question her about something.”
“Ollie's is one of the few stores that offers true bargains on many popular items. Big Lots used to be this way, but they changed and raised their prices substantially, now they're out of business. I feel bad about that but at least I still can shop at Ollie's for bargains and closeouts”
“I've been wanting to stop in here for a while and I'm glad I finally did. Lots of grocery items that the regular DG doesn't carry, like fresh produce, meat, I even saw an isle for beer and other alcoholic beverages. Prices are the same as any DG, just seems like their inventory is a little bigger. Clean store and well organized. The only complaints I have is that there was only 1 register open with more than 10 people in line with full carts, and 2 people working at the same register. Also the checkout counter is extremely small (I'm talking like maybe a 2'-3' space). Seeing that this is a Market where you can buy groceries and pretty much anything else you need, the counter should probably be big enough to support at least half of what you put in your buggy. Otherwise, not bad, I'll be back!”
“Stopped at the Dollar Tree in Wellsburg, WV today. The gentleman working was the best. He was so personable. He engaged in conversation with the customers, while still doing his job and pointing out where things were to other customers. He was asking customers if they needed help before they could ask him. Dollar Tree, you have a great employee and that's hard to find. Better keep him!”
“I just wanted to say that this Dollar general used to be my least favorite place to go into but today I had the best experience ever since they opened! Every employee in there today was so sweet and said hello and asked how I was doing! It was a super pleasant experience and I just wanted to thank everyone that was there today for being so fabulous! “I had the pleasure of shopping the Dollar General on Pennsylvania Avenue in Weirton, West Virginia this morning and had a delightful experience. April was working today; she was the only employee in the store. April assisted me several times helping me find items on my list. She was cheerful, knowledgeable, and knew the store well. I applaud April for her professional mannerism during my visit, excusing herself while checking for people up front and returning to assist me. She is a wonderful employee and an asset to the company. Thank you, April, for a great shopping experience today. :)”
“The young men in the evening are very pleasant. The store is always clean and organized. The male manager whom normally works in the mornings is also very nice. One woman gives a not so nice feeling, especially when you're shopping using the DG digital coupons that are there to use! Besides that lady, the store is awesome and clean!”
“This is probably one of the nicest DG stores in our area. I understand it's newer but the store is clean & most employees are very friendly. They have everything you need for quick trips & not wanting to travel further to Wal-Mart. Prices are always fair & digital coupons are the best especially when it comes to Gain Pods & scent boosters! Tide & Downy coupons as well!”
“In and out with everything I needed in no time at all. Great selection. You can have your FedEx deliveries dropped off here for you to pick up within a few days of delivery. Friendly, helpful staff, store is arranged in a way that everything is easy to find. I do most of my shopping here. 5 stars.”
