“I cannot lie I used to shop the ? ? all the time when products were only $1, but since the prices have rose to $1.25, plus the new *plus* areas, I do sometimes still find good bargains there, but I don't buy as much as I used to. I hate to say it - but when I buy craft things in bulk - the ? ? is not my go to anymore... Now it's AliExpress, Temu & even Amazon. Especially when they all offer free shipping... & DTs webs does not.”

The stockers show me where things are located and the manager and cashiers are also very friendly, courteous, helpful, usually fast checking out etc. Sometimes slow depending on how many customers. Easy place to park and enter. Clean and neat. New products are constantly brought in but some desirable items can go quickly on the shelves.”

“i work near this store and visit it every other day for the last 6 months the manager Ladon is always hard at work and the cashier Donna has agreat personality and is friendly and very helpful and i will add funny as well i always leave with a smile or laughing lol last week i was in there and it was a very busy day with the holidays of coarse there was a really long line and the Manager jumped right in ...they were both friendly to every customer making conversation as they were ringing people out i love going to this store it is he cleanest store i have ever been in and you can tell the customers like the staff ... i apoligize i dont know the evenng staff but im sure they are nice as well thumbs up for they day staff !!!!!!!!!”

I would have given 5 stars if there wasn't so much garbage in the parking lot. Last time there was a dirty diaper I almost stepped on and was just grossed out.”

This particular one is located in a mostly abandoned shopping center, and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't kind of worried that I was going to blow out a tire or break an axle in the parking lot that is in terrible shape. Lol. But on my visit here, they had everything I needed, and the staff was friendly and polite. I'd go back.”

Small venue makes conversation pretty much impossible, so don't expect that type of experience. They do take reservations or you can take a chance like we did. The food came out hot & was good. Short-staffed, but everyone was pleasant & making an effort.”

“This Dollar tree was my little hidden secret until one year Halloween Express came along in the same plaza then people discovered my gem. Now there's hardly anything on the shelves. I feel sorry for the workers sometimes because the public ransacks it and it's not just the store, it's several. The workers here are amazing, very helpful and very friendly they treat you like they've known you forever... As far as shopping at Dollar tree, well, it's Dollar tree it's freaking awesome!”
“I stop by at LEAST twice a week because I know the team here will always take care of me. I’ve been in the customer service industry for almost 10 years and I can say that when you walk into this location, you will be met with kind words and good vibes!!! Just be patient with the employees because this is a busy location but once you get the know the team, the service you will get is definitely worth it!!!”

“Ok, so after my horrible experience at ACE Hardware I still needed a small flower pot and spray bottle. I saw Dollar Tree and thought I'd see if they could meet my needs and they were able. Ok they lose a star since the store was a bit messy but the people working there were knowledgeable and very helpful. The staff gets 5 stars! If you don't need a shovel try there first!”
“I shop the Dollar tree in Mason, Ohio and it's the best Dollar tree there is. My friends call me all the time asking me when I'm going to this location so I can do some shopping for them. I am constantly amazed at the high quality items I find for one dollar and twenty five cents. Last night I bought a large pizza cutter and it's the best one I've ever used and I've used lots of them for my pizza loving family. At my young age of 61, I've had lots of experience trying different products at tons of different stores and no one comes close to beating Dollar trees prices.I find the cutest birthday cards there with tons of choices to choose from. ? I am addicted to their version of cheddar cheese crackers. They are way better than the original cheez its which have gotten so overpriced. I get herbs there also. My favorite one is their chives.They have tons of different sized gift bags and they are good quality. Their helium balloons are phenomenal. My husband's birthday balloons are still floating from March 15th. Today's date is June 12th. So they've been floating for 3 months now. That's a record for me! My sugar jar from Amazon broke and I found the same one at Dollar tree for a $1.25. I paid 10 times that for my one that broke. I also find really nice photo frames there and a ton of other things. I totally vouch for Dollar tree's products. The customer service has always been awesome!,They have the nicest employees I've ever met. They close at 10 pm and I've walked through their door at 957 pm a few times and they have never rushed me out. Even if it's 10:10 pm! That never happens any where else. Other stores practically throw me out the door when it's closing time. I ❤️ Dollar tree!!!! You need to try it out. You won't regret it.”
“Just came in on Thanksgiving day and the cashier wearing the shirt that said “savage drip” was showing such a positive attitude toward each customer coming through her line, despite being stuck there on a holiday. I usually have a good experience here, but this one really motivated me to leave a review. I have been to many other locations, but this one seems to really care to do a good job and I hope they are being recognized for that.”

We’re were looking for personal hygiene items and asked an employee where we could find some- instead one of the managers came back with a cart full of items she said the store would be donating for us to drop off with our load. They bagged them up for us and everything- we can’t thank them enough for their kindness. All the donations will be dropped off tomorrow morning!”
“Overall, this is a perfectly fine Family Dollar. It serves its purpose as a dollar store perfectly. But what I think is great about here is the people. The other day I had to buy a lot of helium balloons to celebrate my sister and her amazing volleyball team. And the clerks in the store were so kind and ego to help and extraordinarily patient with me. So I give this place full marks for those staff members.”

Like battery candles or all shapes, sizes, glow in dark sticks, fake flowers, etc; those are great , fast pick up. & cheaper than big box stores. & they have tons of balloons to pick from . CHEAPER than the other bigger stores.”
“Was shopping there today and had the best service! Tyree the assistant manager was very friendly and pointed me to where I needed to go. Was so kind! Went outside And locked myself out of my car and she even went out of her way to bring me tools to try and use and unlocked my car. Not from the area was just working but was very pleased with her!! This girl deserves a raise!!!”

It is a large store for a dollar tree but man is it ever nice inside. I can find things easily because it's well kept.”
