I came to this store with my mom and daughter. I wasn't expecting to have somewhere to sit. The young man helping my mom and daughter saw me with my cane, and offered me a stool to sit. That was very nice of him!

Went in for a battery replacement, Cory stated “ there was something very wrong with my phone” proceeded to not be able to tell me what it was, could quote me 459 dollars to fix or just get a new phone. Quite rude and dismissive. This is why people use third- parties.

As others have mentioned. Went in for a battery replacement for an iphone 13 pro and stated “something was wrong with the entire phone” so I would have to pay 449 to replace it. They stated it wasn’t worth that and to buy a whole new phone. Such a shame with a monopoly company that you don’t have other options and they just push new phones.

extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Apple Store in Eaton. I came in with my Beats headphones, which are fully protected under AppleCare+, and the store created repair ticket R676031228. I explained clearly that the headphones were damaged, and they were sent out to the depot for repair.
Since then, the experience has been nothing but frustrating.
I called the number provided in the repair email three different times and received no answer and no call back. When I contacted the store directly for help, both the representative and the manager I spoke to were rude, dismissive, and offered zero support. I was repeatedly told they “have no contact with the depot” and could not explain why my repair was delayed or what was happening with my device.
This makes no sense. I own another pair of Beats with AppleCare+, and when those needed service, the process was smooth—I paid the deductible and received a replacement without issues. This time, I wasted time, gas, and energy going to the Eaton store just to receive poor treatment and no resolution. My headphones are still not repaired, and the store provided no clear information or accountability.
For a company as large as Apple, I expect professionalism, communication, and consistency—especially after paying extra for AppleCare+. This location needs serious improvement in customer service and transparency.

Ended up wasting a lot of time here due to subpar customer service. Probably would be better just to order from Apple.com and avoid this establishment.

The facility is clean and the people are very professional, however, much like most places, the place is understaffed and clearly overworked. Somehow they stay positive throughout the entire day.

Called and asked about having an app transfer over to the new phone that was taken off the AppStore, I was told they can transfer it over, and I drove there to get it done and was told it’s impossible. Last week I also came in for a battery replacement on the old phone and was told it’s no doable because the phone had water damage which I can understand, then was told after that we can fix that for 459.99. Which was worth double the phone.

We went here to pickup online order. Customer service was fast and courteous. They helped setup my wife's Apple Watch and ensured everything worked as intended.

Ashley, Katherine and Tanesha were all super helpful setting up our two new phones. We encountered a few issues and it took about two hours but everybody was great.
