Employees are rude and can’t answer the simplest of questions. They make you wait for 30 -60 minutes to tell you they can’t help you at all without even hearing your question out at the start.

This was awhile ago, either the end of last year or beginning of this year; I came to visit because of my five hundred dollar headphones not working properly. So, I walk into apple with a pair of Air Pod Max and I have a clear cover on them to protect them. I get through the front door and when it's my turn to be asked to be checked in the first thing this white female employee say to me in a rude aggressive tone, "Those aren't our headphones." No, hey how are you, how may I help you just a rude disrespectful comment. Then she proceeded to say, my mistake after looking carefully. I'm black so I feel as though that's why she jumped to that conclusion. Sure they had a clear cover on them but that's not how go about that even if they were fake. If you see the headphones as I approach and suspect that they're fake You're supposed to question how can you help me first, hell maybe I'm not even here for the headphones in my hands for starters. But in this case i was so politely ask to see the headphones. Inspect them carefully before blurting out a false rude slander-like statement like that in front of customers behind me. Making it seem like I came here to con apple employees which is probably criminal. But, I definitely think she profiled me. I didn't make a big deal of it, at the store but definitely had to share this experience. I hope that woman checked herself after making that foolish mistake.

My last several visits have been very disappointing and unacceptable. My time isnprecious just as any other customer yet it was disregarded when my technician disappeared for 30+ minutes and never returned, forcing me to resolve my own Apple Tech problems at home when I pay for AppleCare+ support... very unacceptable. They say they'll call back when you fill out the survey and request a callback, yet I never received any contact from local management via email or the callback that was promised, and I'm very technical and know my caller ID and voice-mail works. 1/10 for Apple Eton I'd recommend visiting another store location or just dealing with online support due to a lack of on-site leadership and customer commitment, this defeats the entire purpose of AppleCare+ if I have to self-resolve my own Apple trch problems.

I purchased a pair of beat headphones with the Apple + care. My Left earpiece goes out and don’t play. I try to get another pair from Apple (it hasn’t been a year yet) and they tell me they have to send it off for 3-5 days to get fixed. “meanwhile I have no headphones” “what was the point of buying the insurance” ??and I’m starting to see a trend in your equipment not lasting, and paying for this extra insurance . Not to mention the heavy customer traffic and sarcastically smart alek sale rep who could care less.??

The customer service was trying to do everything he could, it's just that my Macbook still didn't turn on, though it does take charge, they offered me to send it to the repair center and the cost of the service is gonna be 598$! Otherwise, just recycle it because this 2019 Macbook Pro in my hands costs 0$. It's basically an expensive piece of garbage in my hands at the moment. Honestly, I'm very disappointed with this situation. Like it's an Apple product, why would it shut down for no apparent reason?! Apple is not going to replace it cause the warranty is not valid any longer. I never purchase Apple care, but I guess this is the point. You need to purchase it. It's not a matter of choice. They are sort of pushing you to do that. And since you don't know when your Macbook is gonna die, you'll have to purchase the one that will allow you to use Applecare service for several years.

Took my legally blind dad in to ask some questions about his devices. We had the sweetest Genius Bar man help us that didn’t really know about all of the accessibility features, but he did everything he possibly could to help, and gave us info on how to learn more from experts. I wish I got his name but I didn’t, but this was easily one of the hardest working, sympathetic and most problem solving customer service people I have ever metBRAVOCouldn’t have asked for moreThank you
