This store makes returns impossible. Went to return an item with a confirmation email and original form of payment. Confirmation email sent by Lululemon did not have “barcode “needed to look it up. They said their system doesn’t work with their online system.

The sales associate was very friendly when handling my return. She even checked the store inventory for a smaller size. She then ordered a smaller size from their website and let me know how long the shipping would be. It was a great experience.
