A little back story first though: I’m visiting my brother in Cleveland and had a few minutes to kill until he arrived nearby for dinner. I also have a 15-month-old son, who isn’t always a fan of shopping.
Imagine my incredible surprise when I plop him down on my dressing room floor, only to pull back the curtain and see that Rhonda has pulled out a huge bag of toys for my son to play with! And it didn’t stop there… in between pulling me additional sizes and recommending new styles to suit my shape, she also ran back and forth to entertain and play with my son while I tried everything on.
I was so amazed and touched to find such an incredibly welcoming, family-oriented shop that I can promise the company it has a new customer for life. Thank you for hiring Rhonda and for creating such a beautiful corporate culture! Will definitely be back soon.”
