We won’t go anywhere else and will advise others to do the same. We sought out the 2-sided mattress. BTW good luck finding that out there because this company is the only one offering it with multiple choices. Being able to flip and turn your mattress is essential and other companies don't make it the priority it should be. Another couple was shopping for a new mattress when we were in there - apparently the victims of the “football mattress sale” So if you bought one of those, I highly suggest you seek out this place and hopefully you’ll get Rich to help you too. Striking a balance as a salesperson as informative but no pushy, welcoming but genuine - that's all really tricky. Cassidy and the environment of this store did all of these to the highest standard.
