Unhappy with my Sleep number purchase overall (we did purchase the bed at a different store). I wanted to purchase pillows at this store however the store was closed upon arrival at 7:20pm when the posted hours are until 8pm on Saturdays.

Honestly, I just wanted to take a look at the beds after I took the test to decide which bed to get. They gave me three options and I was there to just test them out and ask some questions. The salesman's name is DJ and he was very helpful. He made me feel comfortable making the purchase of my sleep number bed. He wasn’t pushy to try to make a sale. He was actually just trying to help me out because my chiropractor recommended a sleep number bed for my back condition. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend. also try to get DJ as your salesman.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience! Dave was so personable and his explanations about each bed were incredibly detailed. It felt just like catching up with an old friend you haven't seen in years! I couldn't have asked for a better encounter!

My experience with David was fantastic. He is a no pressure and authentic salesmen - hard to find these days. Very knowledgeable about the products and so friendly. Came in with my kids and he was very accommodating as well. Highly recommend!!

Everything was good until I received the credit card from Synchrony Bank . I was told that if I don't pay something each month I would receive a service charge. This organization is a loser and you being associated with that company doesn't help your appearance
I cancelled this organization previously and i will do it again.

My wife and I had bought a mattress here a couple of months ago with Sean, who helped us so much to find the right mattress and we were back to buy pillows. David helped us this time. He helped us right away and helped us try out a couple of options. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff and they really take their time with customers. Thank you!
