My wife and I had bought a mattress here a couple of months ago with Sean, who helped us so much to find the right mattress and we were back to buy pillows. David helped us this time. He helped us right away and helped us try out a couple of options. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff and they really take their time with customers. Thank you!

We got to the store about half an hour before they opened and waited in the truck. About 10 min before they opened, we went by the door to stretch and get out of the vehicle. They came to the door and let us in. That was super nice, and we did not expect that. The gentleman showed us everything and even dealt with my crabby husband. He helped us and was nothing but wonderful. Oh and so far we love the bed

I recently purchased a sleep number bed from the Beachwood store. The sales person, LaShaun Williams was very helpful in helping me select the right bed for my needs. I am very pleased with the service I received.

David was the best customer service representative I’ve ever met! He went above and beyond to help us in getting our bed. Have been a sleep number customer for 6 years and will continue because of him!

1) the employees are rude2) After the back of the bed is risen trying to lower falls suddenly making a loud noise.3) The control to change the position of the bed is not remote is connected to the bed and needs hanging. I do not have a place to do hang it, so it becomes problematic every night. When went to buy it the sales person used remote control for the presentation.3) I inquired how to changed to remote. I was given a number to call. Very rude person. Informed me that they are in back log. No information as to when. Just he became annoyed.4). I bought also bed sheets and other.A few days ago I went back for pillows. I wanted standard ones. I explained to the employee, who was lazy to move from his seat, the reason. I received a packaged with 2 queen or kind ones.I spent thousand of $ and I regret it now having to deal your company.

It was a good experience ran into some friends at the store who were also making a purchase. Unfortunately, I heard some bad reviews from people I came in contact with about the sleep number bed deflating after a year and the warranty being prorated. I won't receive my bed until April so now I'm a little leery even though I did have a good experience at the store. I selected the one with heat and cool settings inqueen. The salesperson David was very kind and informative. He took his time to explain everything even though the store was crowded he did not rush us.

I really enjoyed my first experience at the Sleep Number store! David at the Woodmere, Ohio store took his time and clearly explained the differences and advantages in the 3 beds that I tried out. He also shows how the different features can make your sleep more comfortable and increase your sleep time. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the products in the store.I will definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a Sleep Number bed!

Do not, I repeat, do not purchase from this store. The manager is AWFUL! Does not value past customers. Would not help in servicing the product (which had a 25 year guarantee ) I had. My husband had purchased 3 beds from this location and he just didn't care..... said they had no replacement parts (due to pandemic) and no one to service their products!!!!!! Very unprofessional guy! FYI.....I called their 800 number and guess what? Parts were shipped in three days and service team is arriving tomorrow!!!! This process took two weeks and I unfortunately had to purchase a new mattress elsewhere. Now I have two mattresses. The manager on chagrin Blvd is INEPT!

My chiropractor recommended a Sleep Number bed, and luckily, there was a store near my house. Initially, I called and spoke to David. He explained that I would come in, and it would take about an hour to go through the different types of beds and find the one right for me. David was terrific; he took his time, answered my questions and found the right bed for me. I left with three different options. He called a few days later to check on me and see if I had any follow-up questions. When I went in to purchase the bed, he, again, made sure I had clarity on the bed, setting up the phone app and delivery of my bed. My experience was exceptional; my bed should arrive in a few weeks!
