“I went to the store because I needed a couple things. I had a great saleswoman. Her name is Niecy. She was amazing. She helped me from the minute. I walked in from the minute that I left, I ordered the apparel that I needed and I went and picked it up that week and it was wonderful. Unfortunately, she doesn’t work here at the store anymore, but they always have really good people to help you and measure you.”
“I have been shopping at CCS for nearly a year now. Staff and owner are fabulous. I suggest following them on SM to keep up with sales and new releases. I have fallen in love with Ullah Johnson dresses! I bought a stunning silk UJ dress, with tags, AND the most stunning fuschia YSL platform sandals for under $500! This would have been about $2500 RETAIL! The shoes maybe were worn once, if at all. I bought a pair of CLASSIC black d'orsay Manolo's for $265, in the box! Original price was $1700. Again, seem to be new or possibly worn once! I encourage a weekly check in, as well, as the inventory and sales change which is fabulous. I hit the shoes and clearance area immediately! The inventory also feeds my addiction to sequins and sparkle! Thank you CCS for providing many stunning pieces to my wardrobe! See you soon!”
“Victoria’s Secret and PINK are absolutely fabulous companies. But what makes them so great is their great employees. I have experienced one great customer service experience after another. However, the employees at this particular PINK store have exceeded any and all customer service experiences. God created the most incredible human beings who work in this store.
I entered this store with needs unknown to the employees. I had been sick and unable to eat for a long time. The doctors said that I could not survive, but God gave me a great miracle and I am so grateful to be alive. With that being said, I came home from the hospital and I looked in the mirror and I cried when I saw the body staring back at me. My body did not look alive. I had lost so much weight so fast that my skin did not have time to adjust and hung off of me like a withered and frail 90 year-old. I put on my panties and they literally fell to the floor then I put on my socks and tripped on them because they were so big. I had nothing to wear. I had a few sets of clothes on rotation that I wore in the hospital. They did not get washed because my family knew I was coming home and no one knew that nothing else fit.
I had a real need for clothes but did not know which clothes or size and definitely not enough money to purchase what I needed.
When I went into the store, I felt embarrassed and ashamed of how I looked and that I was in a wheelchair and felt as if I was in everyone’s way. When I saw the employees, they appeared strong and confident and radiated beauty. I thought they would be disgusted by me. But they showed no judgment. They treated me with respect, kindness, compassion, and generosity. Their beauty was radiating from the inside.
My husband and I decided a while back, that even if something bad happened, we were going to have an attitude of gratitude, and we would look for something to be grateful for. However, in this store, we do not have to look for something to be grateful for, we were just blessed and abundantly so by the most incredible humans who work in this store.
It had been so long since I had worn clothes my size that I did not even know what fit or how things should fit. They helped me find the right clothes for my body and at prices I could afford. They showed me compassion.
When I left that store, I left a different person. I felt confident and pretty.
I would like to give my heart felt appreciation to Zoe, Sanaa, Ashton, Kirsten and my personal favorite, Haley.”

“I’ve shopped at this Untuckit numerous times, always a great experience with great staff! Yesterday, associate I’Dris assisted me finding what I needed. And today, the items I purchased went on sale, so I was able to call back to get the sale price. When I called back, I’Dris was working and took care of the refund in less then five minutes! “We were visiting the area from out of town and decided to stop and shop around a little. We stumbled upon this store. The window displays are what caught our attention. The clothes were soooooo cute! I wish we had one of these stores back home.
What really made us love this store were the employees. They were all so friendly and helpful. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. I always like when that happens. I hate when you go into a place and the employees look bothered to have you. Not these ladies. They were SO nice! They all had amazing customer service and seemed so eager to help us. These girls deserve the moon, sun and stars. I hope you take great care of them because they are worth it! It's hard to find good workers like them these days!”
“I came to Fyodor Atelier after going to so many bridal boutiques and not finding anything I loved. After speaking with Fyodor, I was finally so excited about my dress and designing it. Fyodor created the most beautiful dress and veil for my wedding. Fyodor made me exactly what I wanted with the most beautiful silk and lace! I truly felt like a princess, and I am forever grateful for him for making my dress! It was like nothing I've ever seen!”

Special shout out to Alyssa (sorry if i spelled it wrong) who helped me and even brought over other outfits she thought would look good for me to try on. She suggested a pair of shoes too (which i didnt think would fit my high instep) and they were PERFECT. She is a very sweet girl and made me feel welcome. I will be back to shop here again! “I would like to thank Nordstrom for hiring such wonderful people who take such good care of their customers. I recently made an appointment with a woman named Sherie who is up on the third floor in ladies apparel, undergarments. I had such a fabulous experience with her. She measured me appropriately, and I purchased a bra that fits me perfectly. She’s very patient. She’s not pushy. She knows how to handle her job professionally with accuracy. I just wanted to say thank you to Nordstrom for hiring such a wonderful human being to handle ladies undergarment department. Sheri made it so much easier and relaxing for me. I like how I could make an appointment and I have her all to myself to help me find what I was looking for with perfect measurements. And when I was done purchasing what I came in for I went to the Nordstrom Grill for my lunch. It was a very good day at Nordstrom.🙏🏻❤”

“I got excellent service at this location today. A very helpful associate helped me find some new pants. Then ones I liked were a bit too long, so he had the Tailor come take measurements to have them shorten a bit. It was excellent service, this location seemed to be well stocked and had helpful staff.”

“I am surprised to see such low reviews here! I am actually here because I had really good experience yesterday at this location! I was there looking for a necklace that was already sold out online but was shown as last one in stock at this location. I looked around and couldn’t find it so I asked the staff to help. They all took it seriously, took their time and eventually found the necklace for me! The store is not that close to me, so I was so happy that they found it! Kudos to them!”
