“Forgot to pack shirts on a trip and found myself wandering around to pick some up. I've heard of UNTUCKit before but had never gone to their physical store. After getting an explanation of how the store works, Ashley helped me find my size and picked out some shirts. Sure, these shirts are higher priced than something you'd get from a department store, but the shopping experience is great, the fit is perfect, and the quality of shirt is great. While I might not make it back to this store specifically, Ashley has made me a customer for life!”

“The associates at this location were beyond just helpful, they really guided me in choosing the perfect shoes, clothing and accessories. Ashley actually listened and gained an understanding of what I was needing and looking for and worked with me to find shoes that work well for a long day of work on my feet, found a jumpsuit and dress that both will be perfect for my work events and picked out a cross body bag that is fantastic. I asked for advice as I tried things on and she and her associate stayed late to help me. I came out of that shopping experience with items way more fashionable than what I typically am able to pick out for myself, but also things that work perfectly for my job. I love my new items. It was a perfect shopping experience and I wish I could do it over and over again. I live in NYC and just happened to stop in due to a flight cancellation - the stars just aligned in Ohio. “I had an excellent experience today while visiting the Akira in the Beachwood Mall in Ohio. I was greeted nicely by the staff as soon as I entered the store. Tondi, one of the staff-managers of the store, was very helpful in putting outfits together for me, and I loved what she did! She had organized all the outfits she chose for me and had them waiting in the dressing room! I was totally impressed! She was kind, very professional and friendly. Even the sweet young lady that folded my clothes and bagged them was so kind and friendly.This was my first time visiting this store and definitely will not be the last time! I will be a frequent customer.”

He was honest about what would make the dress fit the way I wanted but kind and truly listened to my concerns. “I live in Western Pennsylvania, and our Nordstrom is at Ross Park Mall. Compared to this location, Ross Park Mall looks wimpy. 3 floors, Schindler 700A elevators, and the best part: A more broad selection! Overall, this store is highly recommended.”

“This store is unique and different they have clothes that you may not find anywhere else but, one thing I don't like about Zara, is that they never have coupons or things that average woman cannot wear I mean if you size 0 to 4 you can find things but!!!! if you're plus size or maybe 10 12 14 it's going to be difficult and their clothes do not have stretch maybe and few things. The kids and men stores are also, available.”
