“On November 2nd 2025 unfortunately I hit a deer traveling 70 mph in a major interstate and it damaged my vehicle quite extensively. A lot of damage that you can't see right away and I was very worried about the truck because it has a huge sentimental value to me. Caliber collision and the entire staff were nothing short of very kind and understanding and kept me informed the entire way of the vehicle repairs! The vehicle was in their possession from November 5th until December 10th and they kept right on schedule. As you can see in the before and after, my truck looks better than new! “I ordered parts for a 2025 HRV and they forgot to give us the seat back protectors we ordered. Now we may have to drive an hour and a half one way again to pick them up. I'm very disappointed. It was raining and the parts guy loaded everything into my wife's car. She didn't check for all the items.
Hopefully it's not a fight so get them to believe me. I assume they could count inventory to confirm they have an extra. If they can ship these to us on their dime I will change my review to 5 stars.
They totally came through and are shipping the missing parts to me, they earned 5 stars again. By the way when I was checking 17 different honda websites for these parts College Hills had the lowest prices for everything by a wide margin.”

“Great service! Brought in truck with an electrical issue. They explained how they charge to diagnose a problem. When it was finished, the charge was half the price of their estimate since it was quicker to fix than they had anticipated. This included the parts. They could have just billed me for the full estimated price, I’d have never known that they figured out the problem quickly.
I think this demonstrates their integrity as a business.”
“I had a tire blow out around 2:30 pm, on the highway while I was connected to a load, so I called 4 different people besides this shop. 2 of the shops told me they could not fill me in today. One shop gave me the runner around, and the other shop didn't have the tires I needed for my semi truck. I called Smetzer's ship after 3 p.m., and he told me if I could make it to him around 4 pm. He would take care of me. Long story short, I showed up around 4:30, and I even called him about 10 times, lol, to make sure he would still take me, and for other things as well, like tire size, location, updating him on my location, and not one time was he unprofessional, or rude. He talked to me every time with patience, understanding, and respect, and they still took me in when I showed up and got the job done quickly. This shop is definitely a GO TO SHOP IF YOUR EVER IN NEED OF TIRES!!! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE TEAM WHO CHANGED MY TIRES!!!”

“An awesome staff had to take my husband's 97 Ford f250 diesel it needed the air condition charged they were willing to take it in at the last minute because he had to go to Tennessee they charged it up great prices fast he actually had to shut it off when driving home cuz he said it was so cold they were recommended from Vans Tire service in Wooster. great great service my husband said he has found his new auto shop for his diesel since it is so hard to find places that work on diesels on top of it he met a man in there that was an old friend of his from years ago two surprises in one.

“I brought in my CPO Civic for an oil change and AC repairs under warranty. I made 2 trips to Wooster due to parts having to be ordered after my first visit. The second trip, I was asking about a wheel alignment, and the advisor (I do not know his name but he was great) told me they had time to do the alignment that day. For all other correspondence, Paul took care of me. Everything was done in a timely manner, with respect to me and my car. Even though parts needed shipped in order to fix my AC, it was only 5 days between my first and second visit. Everyone was very kind and personable. I do think I will be returning for any service needs I have in the future.”
