What stood out to me about this experience was how much the people at Caliber helped make the process feel easier.
Brittany, the receptionist, deserves specific recognition. From the moment you walk in or call, she is one of the first people you interact with, and she was consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful. That may sound like a small thing, but when you are already frustrated about your car, having someone treat you like a person instead of just another repair order makes a real difference.
Michael, my primary contact, was also excellent. He was professional, approachable, and made the entire process feel much more manageable. I never felt like I was bothering him by asking a question, and I appreciated having someone I felt comfortable communicating with throughout the repair process. Good customer service is easy to promise; Michael actually delivered it.
The repair itself turned out great, but what I will remember most is how I was treated. Brittany and Michael helped turn an experience I was not looking forward to into one I can honestly say was positive.

“They do good work. I mostly communicate with Darryl about my truck. When my truck was with them Darryl would call me a couple times a day giving me updates on the progress of my truck and their concerns they might have with the work they were doing. Such as checking my wheel sensor and hearing some clinking coming from my hub. Darryl call me and ask if they could get the go ahead to pull the hub apart and take a look. Overall they do good work”

“To start, I'm not fond of the car buying experience. That perception changed with my experience at Mazda of Wooster. My wife searched for a quality late model used car for our granddaughter. Most of the vehicles that met the criteria for our search (reasonable mileage, decent physical appearance, little to no accident history, and sound mechanical shape and of course price) were junk! Then we found a gem at this dealership. My wife was contacted by Devon Jones and we took a drive to view the vehicle. “I ordered parts for a 2025 HRV and they forgot to give us the seat back protectors we ordered. Now we may have to drive an hour and a half one way again to pick them up. I'm very disappointed. It was raining and the parts guy loaded everything into my wife's car. She didn't check for all the items.
Hopefully it's not a fight so get them to believe me. I assume they could count inventory to confirm they have an extra. If they can ship these to us on their dime I will change my review to 5 stars.
They totally came through and are shipping the missing parts to me, they earned 5 stars again. By the way when I was checking 17 different honda websites for these parts College Hills had the lowest prices for everything by a wide margin.”

“They did a thorough job of fixing my daughter's vehicle. I believe the prices are competitive. Customer service is excellent. This would be a 5 star rating except that we made an appointment, had the vehicle there the night before, and they didn't get around to looking at it until the next day. Then, it took 2 more days to get parts in and have it fixed. Maybe that's to be expected for a small shop that does a high volume of business.”
