“Car repairs are never something you want to deal with. There is the damage itself, the insurance questions, being without your vehicle, and the uncertainty of not always knowing what happens next. What stood out to me about this experience was how much the people at Caliber helped make the process feel easier.
Brittany, the receptionist, deserves specific recognition. From the moment you walk in or call, she is one of the first people you interact with, and she was consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful. That may sound like a small thing, but when you are already frustrated about your car, having someone treat you like a person instead of just another repair order makes a real difference.
Michael, my primary contact, was also excellent. He was professional, approachable, and made the entire process feel much more manageable. I never felt like I was bothering him by asking a question, and I appreciated having someone I felt comfortable communicating with throughout the repair process. Good customer service is easy to promise; Michael actually delivered it.
The repair itself turned out great, but what I will remember most is how I was treated. Brittany and Michael helped turn an experience I was not looking forward to into one I can honestly say was positive.

The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and their star employee Nugget is a must-meet! If you're in a pinch, don't run to Lowes or Home Depot, check here first!”

I’ve brought both my older passenger car and older van in for general service as well as repair work (including axle shafts, wheel bearings, and brakes). They’re very responsive, easy to work and schedule with, and provide clear, comprehensive information about what my vehicles may need (both immediate items and things to consider for the future). They never pushed unnecessary work. I discussed a few items with them and chose to defer some, yet I still received a detailed, helpful report for future reference and to guide my decisions.

“I ordered parts for a 2025 HRV and they forgot to give us the seat back protectors we ordered. Now we may have to drive an hour and a half one way again to pick them up. I'm very disappointed. It was raining and the parts guy loaded everything into my wife's car. She didn't check for all the items.
Hopefully it's not a fight so get them to believe me. I assume they could count inventory to confirm they have an extra. If they can ship these to us on their dime I will change my review to 5 stars.
They totally came through and are shipping the missing parts to me, they earned 5 stars again. By the way when I was checking 17 different honda websites for these parts College Hills had the lowest prices for everything by a wide margin.”

“They did a thorough job of fixing my daughter's vehicle. I believe the prices are competitive. Customer service is excellent. This would be a 5 star rating except that we made an appointment, had the vehicle there the night before, and they didn't get around to looking at it until the next day. Then, it took 2 more days to get parts in and have it fixed. Maybe that's to be expected for a small shop that does a high volume of business.”
