“I picked up a couple of things at the Dollar General at 5310 Cleveland Rd., Wooster, Ohio, the morning of 14 Feb., 2024. I paid for my items with a debit card, which I left in the machine. The checkout lady, Lisa, tall with bluish hair, ran out into the parking lot and returned it to me. Her attentiveness and concern for a customer saved me a nightmare. I thank Dollar General for employing people of high character like this lady.”

“The ONLY dollar general I have been to that is very clean, organized and does not have product all over the place. Asked young man where something was and he knew exactly where and took us to the product. Many don't know where anything is, or don't want to help. Sam is an excellent worker. I will drive out of the way to go to a better store like this one. Hands down, best dollar store.”
