While he did have to come down so that everything could be synced to his account. The guy (Jeff ?, I think that was his name) was super helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. It was non-stop busy yesterday but he didn't miss a beat. He was thorough and super patient with every customer that walked in the door and on the phone. This place has absolutely done nothing but helped me through the years..My padding in my Recliner needed filled,they came to my home(Like always) with a smile and always positive folks..As far as problems,Not 1,that has never been corrected...From sales to delivery 10/10, I have been using them for years and about to have a pay off soon,?looking for something new already..Best Company in Wooster,Ohio.
