“Colton and Erica were exceptional to deal with and amazing! They made the process of switching providers easy and painless and were so helpful with everything. All three of the employees at this store deserve so much praise for being helpful and searching to get customers the best deal, but also praise for dealing with people - all day everyday, who aren’t always patient or kind. I witnessed some unkind individuals in the store today who were less than pleasant, even after Erica let them know she was both understaffed and what their wait time would look like.
