All three of the employees at this store deserve so much praise for being helpful and searching to get customers the best deal, but also praise for dealing with people - all day everyday, who aren’t always patient or kind. I witnessed some unkind individuals in the store today who were less than pleasant, even after Erica let them know she was both understaffed and what their wait time would look like. A word to society - be kind to the people who are providing a service to you, please.Well done Wooster AT&T! “My employer purchased a tablet online from Amazon for me to be able to complete my duties remotely. His carrier is T-Mobile. While he did have to come down so that everything could be synced to his account. The guy (Jeff ?, I think that was his name) was super helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. It was non-stop busy yesterday but he didn't miss a beat. He was thorough and super patient with every customer that walked in the door and on the phone. I'm not a T-Mobile customer but I might just become one after my contract with At & t is up ??”
