“I went there for a gift for my fiance after being an idiot and disagreeing with her over something in public. I found that they had a wide variety of cosmetics, themed goods, and stuffed cushy friends. I proceeded to buy her some of the Beenie Babies she always seems to warm up to and found a wide variety of them at a 5.99$ price tag. She also will be the proud recipient of a single artificial red rose which fit right in Wuzzies hands, the Beenie Bear I purchased. With Bear and red rose in hand I left with a curtesy and hopefully smile, thankyou drug mart for always being there in clutch.”
“Too many folks have been "dissing" our local Walmart; I can't agree with that. Walmart is a "discount" retailer, and because of this they have to cut back a bit on some of their customer services; nothing unusual about this. I don't mind this at all.....for all those who are complaining about Walmart I would ask, how much more are you willing to pay, to alleviate your complaints???”
“I found out on a Saturday that my insurance company wanted prior authorization on a medicine I have been on FOR YEARS !!. Without my insurance it would have cost $404.00 !! The staff at the Wooster Walmart went out of their way to explain to me the options I had and even showed concern about me being without my medication. MORE THAN MY INSURANCE COMPANY DID !! The pharmacist assured me they would contact my doctor Monday morning and they did !! YOU ROCK !!”
“At this Rite Aid, you're not just a number - you are an individual and are cared for. The associates and pharmacists are friendly and helpful on the phone, welcome and greet you when you come in the store, help you while you're shopping, and you always find fast and friendly service at the counters. I appreciated the "Thank you for shopping, please stop by again soon" as I was walking out the door. Put a smile on my face ?”
“I had a good experience receiving my COVID vaccination and boosters. The online scheduling worked great and the wait time was less than 10 minutes.
