“Came in at 8:00 for a leaking tire on a relatively busy morning - I was probably the 4th person in. Got in and out in just under an hour, $27 for the fix. Very polite, will absolutely be back for any other tire needs”
“I had a tire blow out around 2:30 pm, on the highway while I was connected to a load, so I called 4 different people besides this shop. 2 of the shops told me they could not fill me in today. One shop gave me the runner around, and the other shop didn't have the tires I needed for my semi truck. I called Smetzer's ship after 3 p.m., and he told me if I could make it to him around 4 pm. He would take care of me. Long story short, I showed up around 4:30, and I even called him about 10 times, lol, to make sure he would still take me, and for other things as well, like tire size, location, updating him on my location, and not one time was he unprofessional, or rude. He talked to me every time with patience, understanding, and respect, and they still took me in when I showed up and got the job done quickly. This shop is definitely a GO TO SHOP IF YOUR EVER IN NEED OF TIRES!!! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE TEAM WHO CHANGED MY TIRES!!!”
“Dave and the guys were great. Helped out this 'damsel in distress'. I am from out of town and was due to head back to TN, but unfortunately hit something in the road causing me to need a new tire. Dave was very accommodating.”
“I want to emphasize greatly how amazing of a place this is. Great prices and thorough work. Braden was welcoming, insightful, and helpful in many ways. Major kudos also to Josiah who did awesome work on my car, along with the store manager Courtney. The manager was nice and EXTREMELY knowledgeable regarding my vehicle.”

“Van's Tire Pros of Wooster does an awesome job! I went in for a leaking valve stem and they went the extra mile by check to see if my alignment was good while they had my vehicle. No alignment was needed so they didn't even charge me for checking, valve stem was fixed same day I dropped off. Ask for Lisa, she's great!”
