“Car repairs are never something you want to deal with. There is the damage itself, the insurance questions, being without your vehicle, and the uncertainty of not always knowing what happens next. What stood out to me about this experience was how much the people at Caliber helped make the process feel easier.
Brittany, the receptionist, deserves specific recognition. From the moment you walk in or call, she is one of the first people you interact with, and she was consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful. That may sound like a small thing, but when you are already frustrated about your car, having someone treat you like a person instead of just another repair order makes a real difference.
Michael, my primary contact, was also excellent. He was professional, approachable, and made the entire process feel much more manageable. I never felt like I was bothering him by asking a question, and I appreciated having someone I felt comfortable communicating with throughout the repair process. Good customer service is easy to promise; Michael actually delivered it.
The repair itself turned out great, but what I will remember most is how I was treated. Brittany and Michael helped turn an experience I was not looking forward to into one I can honestly say was positive.

“To start, I'm not fond of the car buying experience. That perception changed with my experience at Mazda of Wooster. My wife searched for a quality late model used car for our granddaughter. Most of the vehicles that met the criteria for our search (reasonable mileage, decent physical appearance, little to no accident history, and sound mechanical shape and of course price) were junk! Then we found a gem at this dealership. My wife was contacted by Devon Jones and we took a drive to view the vehicle. It met all of our criteria and while there were no significant issues, there were a few minor things that needed attention. Everything was addressed. “I had taken my car to a local car dealership (where the car was purchased) last year because my hazard lights were not working. I made an appointment and after a 4 HOUR wait, was told they'd need to diagnose the problem further (meaning even more of my time waiting around for possible solutions) and estimated the cost to be $450. I impolitely declined. Leach's ordered the switch and called me when it came in. It was fixed for $35 and in 15 minutes. Great customer service too!!!”

Throughout my car search, I visited several dealerships and worked with dozens of salespeople. Not a single dealership came close to Pallotta Ford, and not a single salesperson came anywhere near Julie.
Honestly, I was close to giving up on buying my dream car — not because of a lack of cars or because I was struggling to find the right price, but because I was tired of dealing with pushy salespeople who were clearly trying to take advantage of me. Then I decided to drive over to Pallotta Ford after getting advice from my wife and I called ahead to let them know I’d be stopping by. Fortunately, someone answered and thank goodness, that person was Julie. Fast forward one week, and I was driving my dream car back home.
Julie is everything you’d want from the person selling you the car you hope to cherish for a lifetime. She consistently went out of her way to make sure I was given not just the best service, but the best experience possible. She was kind, honest, caring, hospitable, generous and supportive throughout the entire process—even when I decided to put my negotiator hat on (and I can be a lot to handle with my negotiator hat on).
Looking back across this whole journey, no salesperson came close to the honesty, attention to detail, patience, care, and respect that Julie showed me. She brought back a level of customer service in car sales that I didn’t think existed anymore. She was patient with me through all my excitement, and at every step she led with empathy, as if she were selling the car to someone in her own family.
And the key word for me here is family. If I had to sum up my experience with Pallotta Ford, it felt like dealing with family — people who genuinely wanted what was best for me and went out of their way to make sure I got what I was looking for and better.
I can’t thank Julie and Pallotta Ford enough for making what could have been a stressful, even confrontational process into something genuinely enjoyable filled with memories I hope to carry forever.
I would also like to take a moment to thank Brett who was the most honest man I’ve ever met working in finance. He clearly explained different packages and add ons and made sure I understood fully what my options were.
Not to mention Tom the sales manager who also was clear, direct and (again you guessed it) incredibly honest throughout my conversation with him.
My heart has been won by Pallotta Ford—and if the owner is reading, congratulations on your incredible team of all-stars.

“Great service! Brought in truck with an electrical issue. They explained how they charge to diagnose a problem. When it was finished, the charge was half the price of their estimate since it was quicker to fix than they had anticipated. This included the parts. They could have just billed me for the full estimated price, I’d have never known that they figured out the problem quickly.

“I have always been happy with Cody's work, but this time he really surprised me. I realized that the central consol on my CRV, which had died years before, was working. The invoice didn't say a thing. I texted him, and he said he'd just reset the radio code. Maybe it was a small thing to him, but it was that little extra that made a big difference to me!”
“I had a tire blow out around 2:30 pm, on the highway while I was connected to a load, so I called 4 different people besides this shop. 2 of the shops told me they could not fill me in today. One shop gave me the runner around, and the other shop didn't have the tires I needed for my semi truck. I called Smetzer's ship after 3 p.m., and he told me if I could make it to him around 4 pm. He would take care of me. Long story short, I showed up around 4:30, and I even called him about 10 times, lol, to make sure he would still take me, and for other things as well, like tire size, location, updating him on my location, and not one time was he unprofessional, or rude. He talked to me every time with patience, understanding, and respect, and they still took me in when I showed up and got the job done quickly. This shop is definitely a GO TO SHOP IF YOUR EVER IN NEED OF TIRES!!! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE TEAM WHO CHANGED MY TIRES!!!”

“I had a pretty stressful situation when another shop removed my hitch and part of the rear frame came off with it. I run a business that pulls a trailer daily, so having my truck down means I’m not making money.
I stopped down and talked with Chris at CW Automotive and he was very down to earth and understanding of the situation. Even though he was booked out, he worked me in within two days to help get me back on the road.
Once he got into it, the frame was worse than we originally thought. Chris called me, explained everything clearly, and gave me a few options. I trusted his expertise and he came up with a solid plan and had the truck finished the very next day.

No alignment was needed so they didn't even charge me for checking, valve stem was fixed same day I dropped off. Ask for Lisa, she's great!”
