THIS STORE HAS LIED TO ME AND IS FRAUDULENT IN THEIR PRACTICES. THEY DECEIVED MY 83 YEAR OLD MOTHER AND TOLD HER THE PHONE THEY GAVE HER TO REPLACE HER PREVIOUS FAULTY PHONE OF 1 YEAR OLD (THEY SOLD HER) WOULD BE OF NO CHARGE. NOT TRUE! THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT OVER $1,000 FOR THIS PHONE. ALEX IN THIS LOCATION ASSURED ME AND MY MOM THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGES FOR THE PHONE. I'M REPORTING VERIZON TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION, THE OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL, THE CONSUMER PROTECTION HOTLINE, THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND OTHER AGENCIES. I'VE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR OVER 8 YEARS AND NOW FEEL LIKE OVER 7 HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH VERIZON TO RESOLVE THEIR ISSUE IS ABSURD. I'M BEING HELD HOSTAGE BY VERIZON.

I ordered a phone online and when it was received it couldn't be activated due to a wrong SIM number. I wasn't able to get any other phone or do anything on my account after because of a "pending purchase". The pending purchase being the phone I couldn't activate. Long story short it took me over a MONTH to get a phone activated through verizon and ended up having to open my own account instead of being added to my families. I was "given" home internet to try for a month as an apology for all the crap I had already dealt with. They applied a 100$ credit to my account to make the home internet "free". I returned the internet within 30 days. I was also told my bill would go down a little after the first month. You can imagine my surprise when my bill INCREASED 61$ the second month. I'm being told it increased because my first bill had a 100$ credit on it... how does that make any sense? I honestly wish I would have just stayed with mobile. Verizon has been nothing but one problem after another and honestly my service isn't any better at all.

Went in to get a new phone after having mine stolen. I was in and out in about 30mins. I was impressed by how Angelique (or Angelina, i think?) Knowledge and customer service was. Thank you! Great place!

Sat for over 30 minutes and no sales associates wanted to help me. Came in with the intent on buying a new phone, watch and over $500 in accessories. I guess I'll goto best buy and actually get treated like a customer

Brian, the guy with the white hair as he calls himself, did an amazing job getting us a great package deal for Christmas! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and looks out for the customers' best interest. We really appreciate him and we have happy kiddos Christmas morning!

The Verizon associate was not helpful. We needed to transfer some lines to another Verizon account but they just gave us another phone number to call. That number is not helpful and we needed to call customer support. This store does not want to help older people and is preying on their ignorance.

Brian with the white hair like the band members of flock of seagulls, thank you! My phone quit working and I couldn't fix it but you tried and then when we knew all hope was lost hooked me up with a new phone and a lower monthly payment. Thanks again!
