Brian, the guy with the white hair as he calls himself, did an amazing job getting us a great package deal for Christmas! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and looks out for the customers' best interest. We really appreciate him and we have happy kiddos Christmas morning!

The Verizon associate was not helpful. We needed to transfer some lines to another Verizon account but they just gave us another phone number to call. That number is not helpful and we needed to call customer support. This store does not want to help older people and is preying on their ignorance.

Brian with the white hair like the band members of flock of seagulls, thank you! My phone quit working and I couldn't fix it but you tried and then when we knew all hope was lost hooked me up with a new phone and a lower monthly payment. Thanks again!

Stayed away from this store for years due to poor customer service but it has improved tremendously. Erik understands how to provide customer service and went above and beyond in helping with my issue. Thank you

Went in there for an upgrade and was talked into changing my account to a business account. Was told the business account's monthly payment would be less than my personal account AND that I'd receive a $200+ credit on my account that would take care of my first bill and 1/2 of the next month's bill. After spending 4 hours in the store I got my new phone. Less than a month later, I receive my first bill. I was very surprised to see that my bill increased by $40.00!I understand (even though I was told differently) that my first month's bill is going to be higher because of prorates but the $200 credit was not accounted for. I call verizon, they say go to the store and speak with their reps. I go back to the store and was told the $200 credit did not apply. After more time in the store, they get the bill close to where it use to be.Be very careful about going into this (or any) verizon store. They are lying salesmen and will say what they need to "upgrade" you.

I wanted to start a new line, and despite a few technical snags, the process was easy! I had to return to the store the next day, and Erik made sure I didn't have to wait when I arrived. He and the rest of the staff were very helpful and professional!

First off the sales rep was RUDE! Couldn't upgrade my phone because my wife and I got married and she has a different last name on her license than the account now. cant change the name? cant verify identity somehow else? Sales rep was ZERO help, didn't offer any solutions. looks like I wont upgrade and cancel the lines. IF they even let us do that! I was in store ready to spend money and even add a smart watch!!! come on!!!

The driver of a vehicle from (presumably) this store yelled at me and two other people and then illegally blew through an occupied crosswalk, almost hitting us. I really hope the in-store workers don’t act like this.

Customer service is absolutely horrid. Waited over a half hour past our initial appointment. Someone came in and they helped them because it’s easier and quicker then what we will be. Need to have a new manager in this store!

Cane in for some minor account changes, I figured it would take at least half an hour - worse when I got inside and saw the long line and crowds of people.Manager (Jeremy?) was able to address all my questions and issues and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. A+
