Service desk would not allow us to exchange or return an item from another Kroger even though we had a digital receipt. I was also informed that Kroger can't even look up your items on your credit card. Meijer, Costco can all do that. I will take my business elsewhere.

This place is okay. They’d be better off without Stacy. She wouldn’t know customer service if it bit her in the butt. She’s incredibly rude and less than helpful.
