“We had an Rx filled at COCP for my son. Initially I wasn’t terribly happy with the service. The cost was quite a bit higher compared to other compounding pharmacies and my payment info didn’t get saved after calling it in resulting in delays. COCP does ship prescriptions via standard mail for free which is ultimately why we filled here. Other compounding pharmacies charge between $10-20 to ship. After talking with Jenna, I’m glad I filled with COCP. Her customer service skills were on point! She was patient, kind and processed my payment while we were on the phone and got my son’s rx in the mail within minutes of our call. I’m incredibly thankful for Jenna and COPC.”

“Ripple is the sh*t. He and his team knows everyone in my household and makes sure to send it all together. They deliver too, if you're within a 20 mile radius of the store. This has been my pharmacy for years and will continue to be until I move out of Columbus.”

“I've had such a smooth and hassle-free experience with SBH for over a year now for my pet's medication. Pricing is great. Super easy automated phone system and text alerts. I have had no wait and nothing but good experiences when I've called to speak with reps. Refills are shipped out very quickly - often same-day - and always arrive promptly intact. They do great work!”

“Best pharmacy ever! The owner and staff are kind, passionate, and knowledgeable. If you’re tired of CVS, Walgreens, etc. - give O’Reilly a try. Our family will never go anywhere else”

“It's your run of the mill CVS, they seem to be however, short staffed most of the time. The pharmacy is staffed fully. There is a CVS clinic in there, I personally have never been in. Over all it is clean and organized.”

“Four stars for a Kroger? From me??? Yep. This place gets bad reviews, though 2 1/2 stars average is pretty standard for Krogers all across town, I see. (Bexley's is absolutely the worst.) The parking lot was easy to get in and out of, though there is a wonky diagonal "street" in it. We parked in a spot right by the front door, at 11am on a weekday. Inside, staff were friendly, the place is bigger than others made it sound, it was clean, things were well organized. Well, a disclaimer on that last part: they are rearranging things, so there were some empty areas, some closed-off aisles, the dog food was split between aisle 1 and like aisle 14. But, work in progress. And staff were very helpful with questions about where stuff was. I didn't have any trouble finding what I needed. And I was there with my mom, and ran to get some things on her list, pretty easily. The selection was decent. There were some really good sales on meat (I got too much, and that's with passing on some steak.) Produce was good. Bathrooms were clean. Many (self-serve) checkout lanes open. I came with a bit of trepidation, and left happy.”

“This is now my closest Kroger. I stopped in mid-morning for a few things and had a great experience due to the friendly and helpful employees. I've never had so many Kroger associates greeting me and offering to help me find an item.Bravo to the wonderful and well-trained staff!”

“Small market place, but has a decent amount of items. Some are pricey. I shop Fresh Thyme for superior produce, Aldi for cheaper prices, and Meijer when they give me good coupons.”

“Seeing all of these reviews really makes me wonder and hope that these people can open their eyes and reflect on themselves…(there are so many factors Doctors, nurses, insurances. But it is very easy to blame the pharmacy)from what my family and I see from this location is a bunch of hardworking (sometimes overworked) individuals.so sometimes they ask us to wait longer but we understand that We are NOT the only people who fill at this location. We understand they they’re HUMANs and not robots. Maybe, if you’re expecting robots and not humans who have to work 50+ hours each week to meet the demands that rude, pushy, and unreasonable people put on them. Maybe, they would be happy to see you. There are plenty of other locations, maybe see if you like them better.…I visit this pharmacy at least once every 2 weeks to pick up someone’s medicine. I consistently see the same people and I am THANKFUL That they come to work everyday. They’re always kind, nice, and some are even willing to go above and beyond to answer my questions or help me and my family. So, with all of that said THANK YOU CVS PHARMACY ON PARK ROAD. Thank you for your patience and hard work! And please please keep smiling and helping even when you’re faced with unruly people!”
