“Rehab Medical, I have had an awesome experience with them from the very beginning of getting in contact with them, them coming and taking measurements, ordering, delivering and resolving any issues related directly with the power chair. I would recommend anyone to Rehab Medical for a power chair, very smooth process. The only issue I have/had with Rehab is on the back end with the billing, they refuse to bill for a portion of the chair that is non-covered by the insurance company so I can try and dispute the service through my insurance. Since they will not bill the non-covered service, I can't dispute it to try and get them to pay which in turn would reduce my out of pocket cost. I believe I could get it covered with the right medical documentation from my doctor but they won't even give me the chance to try and get it covered since they refuse to bill it to my insurance. Another issue is, I was overpaid and it took them 4-5 months to eventually get my overpayment returned back to me after many many calls to them about it. At one point and time, I was told the director had the physical check in his hand and all he had to do was mail it and it was still close to another 2-3 months before it was actually mailed and for me to receive it. Overall, 100% satisfied in regards to the chair itself and service, customer service, promptness etc., just not 100% satisfied with the back end operations.”
