“The employees here are always amazing they're always friendly and love it when we bring the dogs. I had lifting restrictions the last visit and the girls greeted me as soon as I walked in I explained my situation and they didn't hesitate to help she went to the pet section with me grabbed the 40lb bag of dog food put in my cart rang me out and then went and put in the car for me. Unfortunately I didn't get her name so can't praise her personally but me and the dogs thank you so much for your help.”

“My first time at Mutts&Co for grooming. All I can say is upon entering the team was so kind and friendly and fun. Traci P knocked it out of the ballpark with my dogs bath and groom. My dog looks amazing and Traci did an amazing job w everything. I tend to groom my dog myself to save money but will definitely go back at least twice a year for a full grooming. So very happy with my experience!”

“I enjoy visiting the store, but I typically place an order online and pick it up. Even though they offer curbside delivery, I’m more than willing to go in and look at toys, etc. But the one thing I may enjoy most about the store is that my order always includes either a handwritten tag that is decorated in marker by a team member or an actual, handwritten thank you note. Both make me smile every time. Nice to shop somewhere that offers a personal touch.”

“I come here from time to time looking for food for my jumping spiders ?️ and was actually able to find freshly stocked wax worms, meal worms and some fly larvae in the mini fridge in the aquarium area. I saw some other worm containers that were on a stand and weren’t in a fridge and none of those had anything alive in them. I only docked one star because I cannot seem to find flightless fruit flies of any kind here which is what I really actually want to feed my spiders because they’re healthier and less fatty than the meal or wax worms. I’ll keep checking back when I need food and will update my review on my findings. I’ve had to buy fruit fly cultures online and can sometimes find them stocked on Chewy. Josh’s frogs is a good website to start with too.”

I was lucky to run into an employee who took the time to fully answer my questions and recommend food that would help with...shall we say...his digestive needs. “Very large pet store. I do not usually shop at PetSmart as they do not carry the dog food I feed my dogs but I needed guinea pig supplies so I popped in. Found the store to be exceptionally stocked and organized Roght at the entrance is a dog grooming area where you drop your dog (with appt) for a spa day. Then there was a hall from that that led to Banfield Vet which is also inside Pet Smart. As I walked to the guinea pig area I noticed it isnright next to an doggie daycare and boarding area (also part of Petsmart. I grabbed the bedding and food, decided to grab some treats for the dogs and made my way to the register. On the way I met a dog trainer training a pup for canine companions. (Dogs are encouraged to come into the store!) At the counter I found out that I had an old membership to their rewards program and it took 3 bucks off my total. Wasnt arguing about that nice surprise. All in all... great trip in. Wish they carried zignature dog food or Id be in much more often!”
