“This place was amazing, and the owner is absolutely the best! He actually cares and is very knowledgeable, and super friendly. Never once felt like I was trying to be sold anything, actually the opposite he was giving us free samples to take home before buying. It was just him and another gentleman in there and they both were very informative and incredibly helpful. You can just feel the love for animals they have when you’re in there. I will no longer be buying my dog treats and food on Amazon, I’ll be going here!”

“We shop at Hollywood Feed in Westerville, Ohio all the time! Great personnel, and they are very helpful to us. My beagle Hank always goes in and is spoiled by them with good scratches and a treat! They are very knowledgeable about everything in the store, especially with types of food types and healthy dog snacks. We have made many purchases of leashes, harnesses and toys. Love this place!”

Tammy is absolutely amazing, patient , and educated in her profession ! She had answers for every question and concern we had ! “I've been ordering here and there over the years, my first leather leash from here still looks good as new to this day. I've recently custom ordered a tan agitation collar, as this seems to be the only place i can find agitation collars in a smaller size for my dainty malinois mix. The customer service was excellent, i was emailed confirming my order along with the timeframe it would take to make and then again when the collar was in the mail - weeks before the date given. I had to come back for a leash to match, both withstand my dogs tugging.”

There has been a pretty consistent staff at this location & they keep the store clean and well stocked. When I'm having a hectic day, this location is so convenient. I can grab all my cat supplies & be out within 10 minutes.”
“Bathed my dog and he immediately stepped in mud as we walked to the car. We went back in to the store to ask for paper towels and Kahlen at the register provided me with wipes and paper towels to clean him up!”
