“So much more than a gym - this is a community that will have your back! I had been a member when they first opened, then walked in four years later after a pandemic and two babies and both Lisa and Lindsey recognized me right away. I always feel so welcome. The workouts are efficient, fun, thoughtful (always something new and different), and super adaptable for whatever your body needs. So thankful for this place.”
“I was on the hunt for a CrossFit gym, and this is the first gym where someone actually posted a photo of who I was speaking to when reaching out via text and regularly checked in with me after my trial classes. The coaches are very friendly as well, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Large, clean facility with a lot of equipment and space. Highly recommend!”
“10/10!!! I craveeee the sweet chili avocado toast!! And this is the go to spot after a workout for a protein smoothie ? the women who work here are so friendly and personable! I’ve not had one bad experience here”
“This is a great gym - let me tell you why. Last spring I came from out of state to visit my dad who was hospitalized. I dropped into this gym for almost two weeks and was immediately welcomed into a supportive community. I was recently touched when the gym owner Ashley remembered my visit from last year and personally called to express condolences for the recent loss of my dad. I was touched that Ashley remembered after all this time. And this same gym was very supportive during my drop in workouts when I had to return for the funeral. This is a really caring community of folks. Kudos to the owner and coaches for creating such a great culture.”
“I came here 7 years ago not realizing how much of an impact this community would have on me, how much the workouts would have on my outlook on life. No one could have prepared me for the massive growth I’ve had not only as an athlete but as a person. It’s because of the owners, the coaches, who put their people above all else. They have created a place that fosters family, positivity, inclusiveness, integrity, grit and persevere. The members come together and support each other, no matter their differences. Love breeds and breathes here. I’m blessed to be a part of this community and welcome and encourage everyone to check us out.”
“Very professional and welcoming staff! Came in for my first bombers workout recovering from an ankle injury and the workouts and guidance from the staff did more for my recovery then air force physical therapy every did! Three years later and walking into bombers has been my best fitness decision that I've made and I even got my wife to enjoy coming to classes with me!”

“Training at The Dirty Gym has been an incredible experience. The atmosphere, equipment, and community make it a place where you actually look forward to showing up and putting in the work. The coaches and members bring great energy, and it’s clear this gym is built for people who are serious about improving. This is the best training environment in Ohio.”
“I love it at Mvp! It's the first gym that I have not only felt fully comfortable but I have fun working out! The environment and the people are so welcoming. 6 stars!”

“I’ve been a member here for 3 years and I cannot recommend Coach Torrell enough. He brings an incredible energy, motivation, and care to every class. Every session felt challenging, fun, and personal—he truly knows how to make every member feel seen and supported.
It was disappointing to hear he is no longer coaching, and I hope the management can give him a second chance since he did not cross any integrity barriers and did not hurt the classes in any way by his actions. He has had such a positive impact on the community here, and I know I’m not the only one who feels this way. Everyone makes mistakes and I hope management understands that the benefits he has brought to this studio outweight the little negative actions that took place.”
“We really enjoy this gym. We have went here for years after trying several different gyms in the area and this one checks all the boxes with much friendlier staff and better overall atmosphere. Always super clean, & love that they have tanning, massage, and sauna.”
“By far the best planet fitness I ever went to! Way better than the one in Dayton! Updated equipment, very clean, even guest are cleaning when their done with equipment which is a plus too! The front desk/workers are really nice greeting everyone and not on their phones, actually doing their job. The atmosphere just feels great in there. The bathrooms are clean , nice and cool. They even have blow dryers for after a shower! Only thing I wish is that the showers were more private and had somewhere to put your clothes/towels for after the shower. But other than that no complaints!”

“Great coaches that actually coach our children and develop their skills. They have a great way of explaining and demonstrating then building confidence until the routine is developed.”
“Excellent modern equipment and facilities. Great selection of both free weights and machines for cardio and weight training. Everything is spotless, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s just about the perfect mid sized gym experience I could think of.”

“Great gym. All the equipment you need for either bodybuilding or fitness. The gym is clean, and the equipment is well maintained. Moreover, the members are friendly and have good gym etiquette. If training services are needed, there is a highly experienced trainer that works onsite for a reasonable price.”
“Many years ago I loved rowing and was in both Dayton clubs. One club was crew, and GDRA did singles.
Everyone at GDRA were very kind. the hospitality, kindness and inclusion the cookouts, the Doyle regatta, really improved my outlook on life.
People looked out for me and I have precious, fond memories here.
The other club created emotional hardship, exclusion, and the season I trained and intended to row the Charles, I could not even get to my boat to train. .
Gave in to apathy, Chopped up my Owen and abandoned the sport.
Nobody there cared.
Then I recently found old pictures and video from the Doyle Regatta at GDRA.
GDRA are good people. Im grateful for so many great memories, and the Last Doyle Regatta. Still have a video and pictures.
Great Club !
These GDRA Rowing memories will be treasured forever!”
“Have known Mark for years. I have even trained with him for a while. He knows what he is doing, and it is awesome to see what he is doing to help young people achieve their goals.”
“Quiet gym I normally love but the gym is to hot. Complained about the heat when it was 78 degrees previously and was told it was too early to use the air, that we could use the fans and they would keep the door open throughout the day. They now keep it at 73-74 so the entire gym is still hot. I go at night around 10 PM-11 PM and it’s still 76 sometimes 77 even with them keeping the air at 73 to 74. With how much you pay, compared to Planet Fitness you expect some air when you work out. Other than the heat it’s a quiet and nice gym.”

“Track is great from what you can expect from a track. Six laps around and you’ve got yourself a 1.5-mile run. Gym inside feels small compared to Area B fitness center but there’s enough to make you happy. Little hot in there despite the fans going but seems typical of a hot summer day.”

“Very nice environment, Morgann was extremely helpful and informative on how to use different facilities in the gym. On our way out she was also up keeping the restroom in the ladies locker room. Overall very good experience!!”
“Anthony runs a great gym! I experienced one of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time from him. I will be back and referring people to this location because of him.”
“This gym is great! Conveniently located in walking distance to lodging and has everything anyone could need to get in a good workout. They open at 6 AM on the weekdays which is plenty early, but if you need to get in before that or during the weekends, you can sign up for 24 hour access using your CAC at the front desk during business hours. The weekend was always empty.”
