“I’ve never had to be towed before. Let alone twice in 24hrs. Chuck and Joe the 2 tow truck guys were amazing!Chuck was my first tow trucker. Originally he came to just change out my tire so I can be on my way. Once Chuck realized that the spare was no good he informed me that for my safety he did not want to put that spare on because 1- I wouldn’t get to far and 2- he didn’t want anything to happen. Having someone who didn’t even know me care about safety definitely earns all the stars in my book.Joe was my second tow trucker. He was the guy on the phone when I called for the first time. Then happens to be the one to pick me up at the Walmart to take me to another place to get my tire changed. He remembered who I was without meeting me because of the description of my vehicle and the fact that I had a dog with me.These guys were amazing and moormans towing is so lucky to have such amazing guys with great customer service, sense of direction and high safety for their customers.”

Later I got a call saying my car would be finished by the end of next week. Yesterday I got the call that my car was finished. “The staff at Harley of Xenia were SO helpful when I was shopping for a motorcycle. I took one for a test ride, and when turning around a truck pulled out in front of me and I already had the handle bars turned but had to lock the brakes. When I did that, the motorcycle slowly but surely went down on its left side. The only damage was a small scrape on the plastic saddle bag. I asked several times if I could pay for the fix, but they wouldn’t take my money. I did end up getting a almost new trike, and they treated me like family !”

“They buy scrap iron. Load your trailor or truck. Stop by the office which is in a building to the left of the the one you see pictured above. They will ask for an ID ( i.e. a drivers liscenes) then give you a slip of paper to take to they guy on the big bucket loader. But first drive on the scale to the left as you go out. Wait until green light goes on. Drive to where the guys are and they show you where to dump. He the writes something on the slip of paper and helps unload Go back to the scale and wait for the green light again. Go to office and collect cash. Take a few chocolate kisses from the bowl and you are done! Its not that complicated.”
