Many parents report phenomenal and great staff who are understanding and supportive, especially for new parents needing a break. However, other experiences highlight significant concerns with the child watch check-in system and communication. There can be frustration and hassle when trying to ensure contact information is correctly updated for emergencies, with reports of a resistant front desk and a system that may not reliably allow both parents to be contacted. This has led to feelings of being unreachable and has created a safety concern for some, making them uncomfortable using the service again. Despite these specific administrative issues, the overall atmosphere is pleasant with pleasant people, contributing to its role as a community center for Xenia and the surrounding areas.

The staff here is amazing! Great customer service! The facility is generally clean and the locker rooms were just updated. Child care employees are amazing and actually play with the kids and provide crafts/activities for them.
