It is very disheartening when you call about leaving an item at the Y and they tell you they have it and have your name on it, and when you go to get it, they cannot find it, and are quite rude about it and then you call back the next day to ask for help finding it, and are told even though it had my name on it, they may have put it out on a table for lost and found and anyone could have taken it, and will not view cameras. Very sad about this amd the poor service given by their employees.Thank you for you invalid reply. It was not over a week. It was late last week and I called to make sure. I went in last night on Tuesday and it was not able to he located. It was just over the weekend and if someone calls and claims their item, it should never have been put out for all members to be able to grab. That was irresponsible of your team. Please do not misinform the timeline. Not over a week. It was 6 days and I would have come sooner had I known your team was going to do that, but I was sick and didn't want to expose others. ? very disappointed in your reply as well.

My experience with this gym facility was excellent! I went to this place alone last week for the first time after my parents made my membership available! The front desk staff were kind and helpful, making things fast and easy. Answer questions. I don’t know yet about how the trainer thing works, but there are a lot of them in uniform walking around as you’re working out. Will keep in coming!

I go to a water aerobics class almost every day. With arthritis creeping in it's the way to get a great workout! In addition, I use their ActivTrax connection to add weight training to my routine. One on one training is available if you're willing to pay an extra fee, but ActivTrax is free and the on duty trainers are ready and willing to help out if you need some extra pointers. The staff is very friendly. I've made friends with staff members and fellow exercisers alike. The facility is clean and professionally run. And while I don't take advantage of it, the facility is open 24/7. There's no pool access overnight, however. And best of all? The price is extremely affordable.

We really wanted this to work for our family but we only did a month and cancelled. Our daughter got hurt the third time we brought her to the child watch. She has been in other childcare settings and we have never had this happen before. The child watch employees informed me when I came to pick her up an hour aftet it happened. No one called me. Apparently they gave her a phone to watch Cocomelon to calm her down? I do not understand the judgment call please alert parents right away if something happens. It was very chaotic in the child watch that day at least 30-40 young children in the small child watch area. I took my daughter to get an x ray at urgent care and she is OK thankfully. Using the child watch is not worth the risk.We cannot leave our daughter in a place where she is not safe and joined the YMCA to have a gym with childcare. We hope you can improve the quality and safety of your programs.

This place let's grown men flash children. Please do not take your children. Look up policies of places before you trust those with child care facilities! Your kids deserve better!

men are allowed in the women's locker room; this place is not safe for women or young girls

This facility does not care about the safety of women and children. They allow adult men to parade around the women's locker room naked. They continue to defend the mentally ill male who enjoys exposing himself to women and underage children instead of standing up for the women who have voiced their concerns.

Promotes unsafe environment for women and children. They think men should be allowed to change in front of minors in the women's locker room.

The front desk is kind. The gym, however, is really mismanaged. Teenagers hang out in the gym in what appears to be a nice unsupervised break from their parents. Large groups of loud men congregate at machines to root for one another. They get really loud and do not pay attention to the people around them. (I’m all for support, but not when is sacrifices the comfort and feel of safety for women who are working out alone). The gym staff doesn’t walk around or monitor people just sitting around on equipment and not working out. Nor do they care when women express discomfort with the loud group of men grunting and hollering. I was told “it’s a part of working out” I replied with “well you should monitor the large groups because it sacrifices the comfort of others” and I was met with a blank stare. Once again, women’s safety and comfort is way down the list of priorities for this location. I just rejoined after being a member before covid. I plan to cancel my membership after the first month. This gym doesn’t foster the kind of environment that I feel comfortable working out in.

New facility is very nice but unfortunately feels like a massive daycare at certain hours. Left my old gym for the close convenient location. Staff needs to monitor the gym a little better as I see a lot of young children in the free weight area and on cardio equipment. We we're told no one younger than 15 was to be in that area and no one under 18 in the trx room but that doesn't seem to stick. The pool needs adult lap swim like the old center had as it is very hard to find a time to train in the pool with out kids and noodles. The only time I've notice that works well for swimming is either late at night or extremely early. Unless of course you're able to swim mid day. The pool was the main reason I joined this location, the close location was just convenient. The facility is hands down a 5 star facility but the lack of pool scheduling with two pools and the children running all over the place brings it to a 2 star. So I'll meet in the middlish with a 3..Unfortunately, due to recent events, we have elected to move our family away from the YMCA.

This place is a waste of your time to go swimming. Most times they have no lifeguards. And their programs are a joke. Poorly ran. And they don't care.

Warning, men walk around naked in womens locker room. Think about this before you sign up your young girls for swim lessons, camps, anything. There is no protection for girls and women.
