The hold issues are not resolved yet but Tyler at the yellow springs ohio branch has went above and beyond trying to get my funds available he has worked hours on end and connected me with lacey a buisness specialist she is fantastic and they really care. Monique at the beavercreek branch is fantastic as well and us bank needs to modle their attention to customer service after these extraordinary people i will never use us bank mobile service again but I will 100 percent go in person to the yellow springs ohio and beavercreek ohio branches and continue my banking business in person with these fantastic caring people. Thank you tyler lacey and Monique for caring about my businesses financial well being in would give you each 20 stars if possible.”
