I recently had concerns about my bank account, and everyone was efficient, friendly, and helpful in getting everything sorted out. From the call center service, to the bank teller who checked me in when the kiosk glitched (didn't catch her name, so sorry!), and to Haley (the financial coach)--everyone did an excellent job! Specifically, Haley was quick to address the issues with my account, and helped with additional inquiries I had! While I have a few more things to do before the entire thing is resolved, I trust and know that WPCU will make it quick and simple.
Seriously, thank you to everyone at WPCU from the Xenia branch and beyond for all your help. I was not even worried or stressed at any point in the process.
