“I was extremely impressed with Robert, the General Manager. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to clearly explain exactly what my car needed. I had previously gone to O’Reilly and AutoZone, where I was given incorrect information and ended up purchasing the wrong part twice, spending about $50 each time.
When I went to Robert, he confirmed the same check engine error code those stores provided — but unlike them, he gave me the correct product information. Because of him, I was able to purchase the right part for only $25. I had already overspent about $75, and my car still wasn’t fixed — until Robert stepped in.

You know us back yard boys. Got through our late teens and twenties wrenching on your car if you wanted it to go down the road. Why you may ask? Even with a part time job. It wasn't enough to keep gas in a car and all of the things a dumb young adult does.”

“This has been the only place I have brought a vehicle for service during the course of my life where I havent felt some pang of disappointment upon pick up.
I am an engineer by trade and do all of my own repair and service work. I dread the thought of bringing any of my vehicles anywhere, as I have come to expect a let down or worse.
However when my 1998 GMC Yukon had a failing headliner, I hesitantly gave the team at Cyclone a call. Mark answered the phone professionally and answered my questions. Upon review of the truck, he put together a quotation quickly and got me on the schedule for the following week. Communication throughout the process was refreshing and upon pick up, I was presented a head liner that looked factory. I noted no missing fasteners, loose ends, or cut corners. Just a fresh looking headliner.
I was astounded. I made a point to share this with Mark before we left, thanking him.
